Excellent learning experience
I iLiibertt I would say it's a great company to work for, I get along with almost everyone and I have learnt so many things throughout my time at liberty. I've learnt how the financial industry works, how every company has to abode by rules and regulations of the financial industry, how to be professional when dealing with clients, how there can be a balance in treating a client fairly and providing good business for the company. I enjoyed speaking to different people on a daily basis, uncovering many areas withing the organization and the financial industry in broad and the most challenging part was that we work on target and at times you would need to push yourself and work extra hours to achieve that so either that that it Is a good space.
Pros: Great place to gain experience
Cons: Normal working hours and a company that's driven by its employees and a company that seeks to help its clients at all times.

Learning curve
I have good communication skills and am a strategic thinker and I have passion to work in ur company. I really enjoyin work in with clients and am able to communicate with anybody. It has been a great journey,learned a lot
Preprocessing of investment, retirement and life style polices. Worked with great individuals even though they couldn't talk to management.. To be resilent, hard work doesn't always payoff everywhere. Interacting with stakeholders It was a very strainers environment and our management didn't appreciate us

Great
Lovely, enjoy every minute working at Liberty. It's a big company that takes good care of it's employees.I speak to a lot of clients very day. Each client has different needs. I provideholistic advice.I have a great relationship with my colleagues. I have learn' t the importance of looking after your clients and conducting annual reviews with them. Reviews have provided me with a lot of repeat business.The most difficult aspect of the job is claw backs, business falling off books is a bad reflection overall.
Pros: Big company that has a lot of departments to grow into.

My work space is a bit hectic and is has key dependancies I am a good team player and selfless I have leant to never be comfortable and be open minded, share knowledge as well

Good communication skills
My typical day I spend it most of the time meeting up with clients and going to the office only to do paper work. I have a good relationship with my colleagues as they help me whenever I I get stuck and can rely on them. What I enjoy the most about my work is that I am able to meet new people everyday and get to have good communication skills.

Excellent working enviroment,Target driven
driIn addition to offering you opportunities to learn about the industry, a great company should also offer opportunities for advancement within the organization. This is even more important in the case of internships and entry-level jobs because the opportunity for a promotion (or a full-time job) is a great incentive to learn as much as possible and prove your commitment to the teamven Target Target driven team work, goal oriented, being productive

Excellent learning curve and good company, however the payments don't match the work.
I am a team player and help my team mates when they need assistance. We work together for the good of our clients. I've learnt - more on the pension fund industry through our internal training. What I enjoy the most is a happy client - when I provide service and feedback to clients without comeback. Treating clients with TCF. Most Challenging - so far is member presentations.
Pros: Recognition for hard work and chances to win trips. The environment is good,
Cons: Changes for promotion are scarce.

company has decent perks, not much room for growth. I have been with them for 2+ years and have achieved good returns for the work put in Liberty has a wonderful working environment, ease of access into offices, and a friendly corporate feel.
