I oversee, coordinate, monitor and/or develop programs for a unit or department. Administration duties – filing, scheduling appointments with clients, data capturing, vaulting, compiling reports for the wealth advisor, preparing presentation material for meetings with clients Processing investment policies for clients Budgeting and accounting assistance Extensive use of personal computers was involved Writing and editing newsletters for the wealth advisor’s clients My relationship with my co-workers is a good and work-friendly relationship. I've learnt to be a bit more patient with people when working as a team and be innovative in finding different ways to reach the objective. So far, there aren't any major challenges/

Excellent learning curve
My typical day starts with reonfirming my appointments for the day then making calls and checking emails as well as following up on cases in the pipeline from there on I am out on the road to my appointments then to the office to do admin work. I have really great working relationships with my co-workers.we are a very strong and supportive team which makes the job easier for everyone.and in that I have learnt that hard work and good support is important in bringing in good results in your job.

Working at Liberty
I am currently working at Liberty as a Risk Specialist. My work experience as a KAM and Senior Account Manager, has allowed me an advantage whereby I am easily able to build rapport and trust with new clients. I love the fact that my job revolves around meeting new people daily. Our offices are very casual however we have an amazing back-office team dedicated to keep us Frontline people shining. I usually work from 7:30am till about 09:00pm. The hours are quite long however our salaries are totally commission based and that warrants the appointments made at odd hours. We are 40 Financial Advisors contracted by Liberty. I work in a very competitive environment where every FA is working towards the number 1 spot. Although competitive, the culture of the team is amazing. We ensure that the environment is always light, fun and friendly.
Pros: Great opportunity to make lots of money.
Cons: Sometimes lose track of time whereby family responsibilities take second priority.

Bluechip Company
Lots of admin as well as relationship building. Atypical day can include lots of hours on the road, visiting work site companies and individuals, preparing their financial plans for them as well as addressing any particular needs and conducting plenty of research. Analysing markets and staying ahead of the financial trend as well as updating clients on any legislative trends that may impact their wellbeing. The industry is amazing, the lack of support from management can be discouraging though

Meeting new people, traveling, working under pressure
I enjoy meeting new people at there work or home, helping people and giving advice to set them in the right direction. Having the freedom to schedule your day to fit work and life in.

Liberty has been a great learning curve for as it launched my career and during these years I have learnt a lot. Now it is time for to go out there and learn even more as the world out there has a lot of great opportunities.

Good culture
Great company with good culture overall, my immediate leadership is great. my colleagues work well as a team and are very helpful. it is important to go back to basics when an environment is tough as is the current economy. recruiting the right people is tough.

Qualified and experienced
Manage teams in a daily basis, ensure IT services are provided. Reporting and measurement of delivery. HR responsibilities. Enjoy engaging with people and directing initiatives. Most challenging effort is to ensure teams deliver good quality work and within required timelines. I have learnt to be strong to stick to my convictions and drive results.

I handle a number of clients day to day helping and trying to budget they life .
I am 24 years of age iv always been in business and always had to deal with customers and paper work and handle tough situations ??I love working in tight and pressured situations because the joy of coming out of it is worthid
