Great learning curve
There is a lot of team work which is amazing because i get the opportunity to learn from more experienced people and the different ways of approaching a problem, activity or a task. Every morning when i walk into the Liberty doors and i sit at my desk, the first thing i do is to catch up on my emails and than have SCRUM at 9:00 with the team to update each other on our daily tasks. At Liberty i have learned to work as a team and on my elicitation, negotiating, facilitation skills and all the necessary skills needed to be a better Business Analyst.

Development
I work directly with clients advising them to buy life insurances for themselves and their family. I do sales every day for the past seven years, also assisting with the admin department in paper work and claims processing. I enjoy helping people. With my co-workers we work perfectly in a sound environment assisting each other and uplifting each other. The most challenge I have with my current job is that sometimes I feel like it is no longer challenging enough for me and there are very few opportunities for growth and development for me go grow professionally. Because I am a commission earner, I have no employee benefits like pension funds and investments.
Pros: New product ideas and brand recognition
Cons: Lack of recognition from clients. No benefits.

Learning
I make calls on a daily bases calling existing clients at liberty and upselling their existing policies ,we are a team of 7 individuals based in the team and don't get commission for what we doing the brokers get that commission ,the most challenging part is the quality of the leads provided which makes it difficult for the targets to be made

I am also a qualified Business Analyst from FTI in Advance Certificate in Business Analysis.
I am Mandla Bryan Maluleke, and I currently hold two qualifications from University of the Witwatersrand. The first qualification is a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Genetics and Developmental Biology. The second qualification is a Higher Diploma in Computer Science. In 2017, I have attained a diploma in Advanced Business Analysis which has taught me a lot about business analysis. I have joined Liberty from March 2015 as a graduate and currently still at Liberty as a Specialist Business Analyst. I have managed to deliver several projects throughout my duration at Liberty.
Pros: Working at Liberty as a Business Analyst has taught me to be organized and of course to manage and respect time very carefully. I understand what it means to work as a team, to cooperate, and of course the challenges that may be encountered and how to tackle them.
Cons: I will focus, and put a lot of effort on the tasks/projects that I will be allocated to, and use all the knowledge I have absorbed thus far, to ensure that I get used, adjust and cope to the working environment very quick

Talent is my Game
I have been in Talent Management for as long as i can remember I can tell you everything that you want to hear why you need to choose me but we all know that is not a given.... all i can say is that i am a professional I listen to what is needed and my clients and candidates are both happy with the outcome everytime That is why i love what i do

Excellent learning
I consider myself to be a dynamic and flexible person capable of succeeding in a new environment. I have the willingness to achieve my goals and the potential to set new goals once those are reached. I am an ambitious person whom thrives upon using my knowledge creatively and making a success of whatever i do. I am a team player and go getter with a positive attitude. My objective is to gain as much experience and knowledge as possible. I feel that I am of a responsible and loyal nature and I usually do more than is expected of me.

Great Experience
working for Liberty is the great opportunity for me because the level of experience that I have is very amazing One of my career highlights for 2017 was being instrumental in the Dfs Process Of Concept. • I had to attend training in Cape town to learn all Dfs products (Life cover,Disability,serious iness and salary protection) and their system. • I had to learn and pass all the assessments for Dfs products and be able to navigate their system. • I had to come back to Johannesburg to test Dfs Campaign by selling the products to client's to assess if the campaign can work for ECM Direct department. • I was also part of the training for New Recruiters in our department.
Pros: graet company to grow in the business industry .
Cons: Salary doesnt cover all my cost

I am a graduate looking to start my career
I phoned clients to set up a meeting with them, in the hopes to sell insurance or investments to them. The job was really challenging in the way that clients does not want to pay for something they cant see E.g. Life cover etc.
Pros: Great company to start my career with
