A trypical work day
Every day is unique. There are no two days that are the same. Assisting IFAs to engage clients and provide employer solutions to best fit employer and employees is always different. I make be involved in benefit design with employer or IFA or be conducting training to IFAs or employers or involved in marketing exercise, business meetings with joint venture partners or driving sales converting quotes to secured business. I also represent my employer at industry level and at regional level. Having tea with deputy mayor, is all in a day's work. All sorts of varied duties come my way and I welcome the challenges that this brings

I would like to see myself as one of the key individuals in the company
I am an output orientated person and seeking to being part of a team that is output driven and also an asset to the team. In doing this, I would be able to pin point what set of skill is required for each phase and what skills I need to further develop to ensure that I am in a suitable position to be able take responsibility when required.

My daily activity requires prospecting reviews retention joint calls and service, my co-workers and I, we work as a team, I've learnt to be persuasive, I enjoy meeting new people daily , what is challenging is economy

Good Learning Curve
The company is a good company, with my experience of being here it has been good and bad, co-workers are professional to work with , certain departments are better than others, the one I am in currently is not the best, the work environment is not motivating. I have learned a great deal to be patient and to work under pressure very well, I enjoy solving problems and helping customers in need. I think having to deal with difficult clients is the challenge, but I love the challenge.

Very challenging circumstances
Extensive client liaison Great working environment Difficult industry. Sales is a challenging job Cannot work on commission basis as a single parent.

Learning new skills is very important as it leads to growth which is the goal.
The thing I enjoy most at work is the different situations we experience everyday, it enables me to think on my feet and come up with solution's. I learn so much on a daily basis. Learning new skills is very important as it leads to growth which is the goal

Best work environment I’ve ever experienced!
I have resigned from Liberty life in January 2019. My reason for leaving was financial, doing a commission only job that required daily traveling all around Cape Town has been very costly for me, on some occasions exceeded my salary. I hope to find a job where I know how much I’ll be earning at the end of the month and have peace of mind that it will be the same the next. Other than that Liberty life has been an awesome learning curve in my life and a great place to work, everyone is friendly and willing to help you succeed really wonderful staff all around!

Investments, Operations, SQL, IT
I work at a very busy environment, and I work very closely with the team as I deal with queries mostly on portfolio data and portfolio information. I enjoy my current work space as i get to learn a lot about investments and I get to work with all different departments, environments, including IT and business.

Excellent learning curve
I have learnt alot I have learnt how to work with people in a team i have learnt how to solve a problem on my own I learnt how to deal with avaya, the software called NICE on presence suite,cisco jabber,I learnt how to work on remedy where calls get logged.I had a great team we used to work smart and not hard, if it's a busy day my team leader would order for us all food so that we could not waste any time and get the work done.If we did not complete our work by close of business we therefore stay in after hours to complete it,we would work overtime just to complete our work and make it a success,also with working overtime we are provided with transport as well as money for food so that's a bonus, we also get paid out for working after hours which is really great and I wouldn't mind working.I built a very strong relationship with my clients as they were very loyal to me and loved working with me I made sure I provided a good service with a smile on my face
