Excellent learning curve

Most definitely room for growth. If customer service is your passion you'll take pride in being an embassador for the company. Managers claim to have open door policy but not always the case. Continuous Employee Development is not always open to all.

Pros: good perks being a permanent employee
Cons: if you don't belong to union company doesn't really look after you.

It was a great learning experience.

A typical work day would include coming in at 7am. The work environment and my co-workers challenged me slightly mainly because they were so much older and the work at didn't allow me to have enough creative output.

Pros: I got to work in Digital Marketing.
Cons: There was not much room for creativity.

Im looking forward to be HR Admin Manager

I've work as HR Administrator, creating positions on VIP system, capturing leave, filling engagement park for new employees and make sure that HR filling is accurate. So far I've leant to lot of things in HR department and a little in finance department, like preparing a contract, loading load employees on a system, handling incoming and out coming calls and paying creditors.

Pros: improve on a dairly bases
Cons: working extra hours

Excellent customer service

I have performed a similar telesales role in the past working with a call center environment calling customer who are know to the company and also making some cold calls,I enjoy the chase of working in a sale environment and feel that I have got excellent communication skills and I am confident communicator who has the ability to speak well and explain service and product to the customer

Good communication skills

Working at Makro is such a good experience.Each and everyday you improve your communication skills as you get to meet different characters.We work together as a team .We push to the ends to meet targets.so far l have learnt that time keeping is very important.Customer is always correct.work comes first.l enjoy the that l dont wake up doing nothing rather my mind is always at work ,always thinking of solutions.The most challenging part is indealing with clients that doesnt give you an ear
