Currently studying towards a bachelor in behaviuoral sciences
I have acquired certain skills at managerial level of position although I have not worked as a manager, I am always aiming to learn everyday at work, always self driven and highly motivated, I am able to work at an extreme condition or normal conditions and I am able to reach the results and expectation of the required by the head master. and I have gained a lot understanding of the corporate world view and its challenges and rewards. the stakes are high everyday waiting to be rewarded and. it is always great to get opportunity presented at work for individual t capitalise the work force and strengthen mobility.
Pros: working for a huge company that offers great opportunity and rewards are served to those that deserve because of exceeding the expectation or results, and continue targerting good results and creating a worthy environment to work in is key business mission and vision, another key is to target mostly the challenges that will allow the business to operate smooth during the the recession period and during the booming period
Cons: i am able to donate extra time, able to go the extra mile for the sake of learning on how to handle challenges under pressure, researching or being busy producing satisfactory resullts is my aim

y aspiration nor will my career aspiration limit me from providing the best services to my employer. I am making a blanket application to any position which may be available now or soon as I trust my dedication and my enthusiastic nature will immediately catch the eye of the employer. Work experience
Makro is good place to be in order get experience and it is broad, you get to learn if you not ignorant, but in terms of growth there's no much space, everything is limited.

I Enjoy working as atraining officer at makro
facilitate training conduct interviews draft training schedules track training and development design and develop training materials manage development programmes
Pros: Great opportunity,has strong learning culture and has great inncentives,its a great experience working at Makro,i would rate working at makro 4 out of five
Cons: salary is not enough ,longer hours on weekend,not a clear promotion criteria,managers not supporting subordinates progress

Experience in a different Retail environment
I work as a packer or cashier depending on how busy it is. The part that I enjoy is the long lunches and flexible hours. I have learnt to operate faster and be more flexible on the till and how to best communicate with customers to give them the best service.

Excellent learning opportunities
Makro is one of the best retail company in Southern Africa. It has taught me a lot in the last few years. It is company that perfects itself in the best customer service and opportunities to grow within the company, by providing necessary training through internships and other opportunities.

Team working person
I am very happy when i work with a team, not that i always depend on other people i can work alone, that is my other strong point , i can udjust to any situations anyone put me through, i have done big things for companies i was employed to, all those companies could not let me work own my own because they allocated you with certain team or group, so they never witnessed my full potential, i can do a lot of things without a team, i really know my potential i can get out of my cornfort zone in just a switch. during my experience with those company bi worked for i was able to learn a lot of things from people they allocated with, i can do things which i could not do before. I like working under pressure.

Big company, World wide, learned a lot.
responsible of all receiving in the store. 3x divisions sorting out queries from suppliers and DC following up on returns for credit submitting hours on a weekly basis for casuals and forklift drivers making sure that all stock comes into the store following up on outstanding claims make sure all suppliers invoices is submitted for payment
Pros: big company
Cons: use to retail hours and it is not a problem.

Excellent learning curve
Fast paced and deadline driven enviroment. Typical corporate environment. People achieve goals and are accountable for their work. Company benefits are better than the industry norm. Working for the company can be challenging but also rewarding depending on how you see yourself in the business.
Pros: Excellent company to work for
Cons: Work load can be excessive
