A very busy company with lot of customer and employees. Good working environment Perpose of the counting is to determine our shrinkage in each and very department. Shrinkage is a word we use to determine loos stock Relationship with co-works is always challenging. Challenge we face each and very day is dealing with difficult customers and suppliers. I enjoy working overtimes at any time. l have learned that dealing with difficult customers is the most important key part in the busines,because makro value there customers regardless of any co-incidences

Good Company

Better

Management and supervisors they work together but when it come to us cashier and parkers they treat us like slave,we dont have word, even how hard we are trying to work good and satisfy customer, to management is nothing

Big company, World wide, learned a lot.

responsible of all receiving in the store. 3x divisions sorting out queries from suppliers and DC following up on returns for credit submitting hours on a weekly basis for casuals and forklift drivers making sure that all stock comes into the store following up on outstanding claims make sure all suppliers invoices is submitted for payment

Pros: big company
Cons: use to retail hours and it is not a problem.

Excellent learning curve

I am a very humble person.living and caring time for duty is my first priority Iv learned soo much about different work invironment work teams and working on your spot alone, my previous work experience was very pleasant I did learn how to work with people, how to communicate in tough times and good times,to give best service to customers always been organised in all area of your work,being punctual at all conditions if weather...!

Big company, World wide, learned a lot.

My day starts at 07:00, first thing I do is to check what stock will be coming in today. See if I have any outstanding queries. do my attendance register. start making plans for the day were to put what when it is finished checked because we cannot take stock to the floor during the day. I have a good relationship with co-workers, if they need something or do not understand something they will always phone and ask me to help. as a team I think we work well together because if I get stuck they will help me as well. I have learned that big companies do not spend so much time on training and developing staff like smaller companies. I am a retailer and enjoy staying bisy. the most challenging aspect of my job is the way things is done in big companies.

Pros: If u want to be promoted u need to be flexable to be transfered
Cons: use to retail hours and it is not a problem.

Very quick learner and good at fault finding, loyal and trustworthy

I have many years of maintenance experience , good with electrical and refrigeration and airconditioning. Good with fault finding and problem solving and importantly i enjoy working in a team

Very Challenging

Its very nice,hence its a Retail. Meeting customers i'm a Team Player,I get well with my co-workers . i have learn to Listen, cause i'm dealing with a lot of people everyday.

WORKING AT MAKRO HAS BROUGHT UPON MANY CHALLENGES IT HAS ALSO MADE ME LEARN A LOT THROUGH HARD-WORK AND PERSEVERANCE IT HAS GIVEN ME MANY OPPORTUNITIES TO BROADEN MY THINKING AND ALSO LEARN A LOT FROM EVERYDAY DUTIES .I HAVE GAINED MORE KNOWLEDGE IN THIS ENVIRONMENT .I AM DEFINITELY AWAITING MORE CHALLENGES AND READY FOR NEWER ENVIRONMENTS
