Career expo
Working in my current company has helped me realize my full potential in self supervision and unleashing my hidden skills and talents like being a store announcer (Mc). I have had such a great time with my fellow colleagues and managers, we work really well together and there is unity amongst all of us really and we treat each other like brothers and sisters. For me there is no challenges at my department everything flows the way it should. I enjoy b in hands on when it's time to work and help customers.

Excellent Learning
it's a good place to be and good environment but you work hard without payment and it's easy to learn if they gave you the opportunity to learn. It's very easy to connect with the co workers but long working hours without bonuses or overtime

Excellent growth challenge

Time to change my career

Good Company
A very busy company with lot of customer and employees. Good working environment Perpose of the counting is to determine our shrinkage in each and very department. Shrinkage is a word we use to determine loos stock Relationship with co-works is always challenging. Challenge we face each and very day is dealing with difficult customers and suppliers. I enjoy working overtimes at any time. l have learned that dealing with difficult customers is the most important key part in the busines,because makro value there customers regardless of any co-incidences

Customer service ,admin duties, stock controlling cold calling and meeting monthly sales target
An independent individual can think out of the box very eager an determine, ambitious. Will go an extra mile for the customer and team player i hate it when customers are not been notice when in the store .I learnt different values of customer needs.I love interacting with different handling a very difficult customer.

Improvement curve
I'm an empolyee who working hard, providing with an accurate work on a dairly bases. Im enjoy working with group, it helps me improve on my working standard. I mostly enjoy creating and linking position on VIP as well as filing.
Pros: I'll like to see myself as Admin manager in few years to come
