sales staff not cooperating very friendly with staff whats the needs of customer and customers likes and dislikes talking to people making money doing other peoples job

Good Company
A very busy company with lot of customer and employees. Good working environment Perpose of the counting is to determine our shrinkage in each and very department. Shrinkage is a word we use to determine loos stock Relationship with co-works is always challenging. Challenge we face each and very day is dealing with difficult customers and suppliers. I enjoy working overtimes at any time. l have learned that dealing with difficult customers is the most important key part in the busines,because makro value there customers regardless of any co-incidences

I have developed well in business orientation also with skills of client retention.
I always have an eye on my target,i know this job inside and out.With many years of relevant experience,there is no question that i can bring the best practice to the company.I work well with ma co-workers and that has helped me to develop the ability to communicate clearly with others.What i have learnt.I completed the learning program:(Its all in a smile).The knowledge and the skills necessary to give our customers a service excellence the desire.What i enjoy most is to interact with a customer over the phone.I am a very confident individual who has no problem to team up and submit given task.I am a first business contact at an organisation.My responsibility to greet incoming visitors and callers.

Excellent learning of working with customers
Am Excellent in English, I can work over time and under pressure , I am self motivated and self-dependent. I know that customer always right, I can make sure that all customers get all services. I can start to work immediately if I can get a chance .

Self motivated
I have been in the retail industry for the past 3 years.my most recent experience in with customer service. my real strength is my attention to detail. I pride myself on my reputation for following through and meeting deadlines. what I'm currently looking for is a company that values customer relations, where I can join a strong team and have a positive impact on customer retention and sales.

Improvement curve
I'm an empolyee who working hard, providing with an accurate work on a dairly bases. Im enjoy working with group, it helps me improve on my working standard. I mostly enjoy creating and linking position on VIP as well as filing.

To maintain all processes, systems and documentantation required employees engagement
My job is to conducting all required employee administrative processes for employees within the company,. To ensure that all required documentation, administrative standards, record keeping systems, processes and standards are accurately and timeously maintained. We use to communicate day by day with co-workers to make sure at the end of the day we reach an agreement. By attending meetings, induction, training and workshops. So far I've learnt lot to maintain targeted employee service satisfaction, implement processes and systems to manage own time and deliverables and maintain appropriate employee service. I enjoy mostly working using VIP system to create position, link position as well as capturing leave form.

Good Communication skills
Working with Makro has been such a great experience , not easy but it was great as a big company with a lot of people you learn how to assiate wit people , how to deal with difficult customers working under pressure, learning new things
Pros: from Cashier, IT Administrator to IT Technicial
Cons: from 6am - 7pm longest was 9pm when there is some issues in the store

Excellent learning curve
I am a very humble person.living and caring time for duty is my first priority Iv learned soo much about different work invironment work teams and working on your spot alone, my previous work experience was very pleasant I did learn how to work with people, how to communicate in tough times and good times,to give best service to customers always been organised in all area of your work,being punctual at all conditions if weather...!
