Makro is a very busy store.so working here is facing different people with different mood so working there is to make sho that u start your day with God to give you strength. Um a person who love team work for to finish my job an my colleagues.I have learned to give excellent customer service.an to start my day with joy.I enjoy to be around people. The most challenging thing is to working till very late a struggle to get transport.

Daily weekly and monthly tasks as per below
to ensure all food products in the store are of good quality, to ensure all equipment and structures are working correctly and are of company standard, speak to staff and customers on service they receive and provide, ensure cleanliness and safety standards in general are maintained , do daily , weekly and monthly audits on all departments, ensure chemicals are handled and stored safely and do product recalls.

An independent individual can think out of the box very eager an determine, ambitious. Will go an extra mile for the customer and team player i hate it when customers are not been notice when in the store .I learnt different values of customer needs.I love interacting with different handling a very difficult customer.

Self motivated
I have been in the retail industry for the past 3 years.my most recent experience in with customer service. my real strength is my attention to detail. I pride myself on my reputation for following through and meeting deadlines. what I'm currently looking for is a company that values customer relations, where I can join a strong team and have a positive impact on customer retention and sales.

Good training
When you starting they give you training for a week on how you give costomer service and able to make payment its either on cash or card ,whenever they see that you now good they give u float bag to start giving service to the customers

Good Company
A very busy company with lot of customer and employees. Good working environment Perpose of the counting is to determine our shrinkage in each and very department. Shrinkage is a word we use to determine loos stock Relationship with co-works is always challenging. Challenge we face each and very day is dealing with difficult customers and suppliers. I enjoy working overtimes at any time. l have learned that dealing with difficult customers is the most important key part in the busines,because makro value there customers regardless of any co-incidences

Good campony to work , if every body is treated on the same level and don't back bite each other
Starting early in the morning to go on the road for the days work , the relation with my co workers is great we help each other were we can and all so under stand each others needs . I have learned a lot about corporate retail and the different ways of doing business . What i enjoyed the most is working with people and the challenges for every day is never the same . Challenges for the job meeting budget ,deliveries that was not on time and had to delivery my self .
