I would like to work in an organization where I can use my qualifications in Business. I aim to become the Manager of a well-reputed organization within 5-10 years. The job I am applying for is a good opportunity for me to work actively and productively in my field of expertise and apply my skills. My aim is to make a difference in my work-place through my contribution and to touch the lives of my co-workers through my positive attitude. I am a self-starter and have excellent interpersonal and conflict-management skills.

Best place you could work as an individual if you want to be in the business of promoting brands
to work at my company is an experience whereby an individual is able to introduce the most delinquent designs of all time for men who like dressing formal, semi formal, vintage and casual. the place is fool of the latest designs even co workers cant keep their hands off the merchandise, they would be the 1st people to buy the clothes and they really like advertising the brand by buying. a relationship with the them is the most significant because you meet everyday in the morning and catch tea before starting or opening the shop and with them by your side your day becomes an exciting opportunity of working with legends. everyday only me myself have to recount the money we cashed up yesterday with a manager, then clean around the shop and cash in.
Pros: gives you great experience in working with groups of people
Cons: stock count is a very serious issue

I’ve learned lot of things at Markham but there is no growth
Being in retail requires you to work as a team and trust each other with the business and honesty it the key if we work well with each other obviously it shows that we can work as a team and we can conquer everything and our customers will be happy.
Pros: opportunities they do come and they tell us about them to apply if it something that needs to apply for
Cons: Working in a retail industry it not good you have to work extra hours and when you check your pay check find out they didn’t pay for that extra time

Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service. Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers. Achieving established goals. Directing customers to merchandise within the store. Increasing in store sales. Superior product knowledge. Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor. Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers. Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

Fast learner in everything
Working at Markham great experience for someone but is cannot make it were you wanna start your at it . working with my colleague it's nice because we share ideas about what we want to implement in the company for it to grow, I do mostly enjoy learning what I don't know at work for me to have experience of that particular job
