Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service. Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers. Achieving established goals. Directing customers to merchandise within the store. Increasing in store sales. Superior product knowledge. Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor. Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers. Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

Well knitted team. Great place to start off to get used to a world full of customers. Most challenging is keeping all customers happy and most rewarding is seeing a customer happy through your efforts.

Excellent starting point .
Typical work day would entail packing out boxes and hanging clothes up. Helping customers with clothing they need. My co workers weren't really that friendly everything to them was a competition which in our cases it shouldn't have been a competition all the time we suppose to work together and as a team. I learnt that you should always just focus on yourself grind and work hard for yourself. I enjoyed meeting different people everyday. The most challenging thing would be that my co workers never really were co workers

Wonderful learning experience
Working at Markham taught me a lot about clothing or fashion retail. I learnt how to deal professionally with customers demands and high expectations. It is always best to meet and exceed customers expectations at all times.

Monday to Sunday My relationship with my ex colleagues was good I have learnt that you must know how to treat a customer and convince him or her to buy whether she or he wasn't going to do that.and tell the customers when ywe have speciall because some of customer they dont afford but hlthey want to buy What I enjoy most is that my colleagues they like sisters n brothers to me even if I have a family issues but when I cried for them they listened to me The most challenging is when you have to go do hard drive ,what is hard drive it's when the we supposed to reach the target of opening an accounts for customers n u find yourself to go and recruit and beg the customers to open the account
