Excellent customer service

I am a Visual Merchandiser at Markham Store, My duties is to lead team,Providing good customer service, Ensure that the store is need and tidy, Processing of the sale transactions,Responsible for security of the store,Working within established guidelines in different brands.

Excellent

It's been a good and welcoming company to work for,while get to work with different kinds of people and groups.having a very good communication with my co-workers and the stuff as a whole which they have thought me how to use their system and how to approach customers in working hours and how to help them with what they want at their time of need.i enjoy surrounding my self with people who make know how good i am to their lives and what kind of impact i have brought yo them,im a fun person enjoys his space at work.mostly targets are what brings fear to me that what if we don't do the required target in store for a day since we not busy in the cause of the month.

Wonderful learning experience

Working at Markham taught me a lot about clothing or fashion retail. I learnt how to deal professionally with customers demands and high expectations. It is always best to meet and exceed customers expectations at all times.

Excellent learning

Since I was working in my company, I was working hand in hand with other employees as a team,helping each other,I have learned many things like with different customers and communicating with them in a good way not in a harsh way, What I like the most is that when I have made mistake My manager will not come to me and start shouting bat me front of customers, instead he will call me to a private place and solve the issue, What was challenging most is when I deal with va difficult customer

Fast learner and I can take any challengs

Great place to learn how to be independent

A typical work day, no new challenges. Great relationship with co-workers, I'm a team player. I've learnt a lot and have gained a lot of experience about working with people and dealing with clients, money, technology.

I work smart as well as hard

I am a fast learner, energetic and passionate about leaving a good and lasting customer experience. I am well spoken and well groomed. I am very well liked by my fellow employees, management and customers. I work efficiently as an individual and as a team player. I am self motivated and believe that there is no challenge to big or small it all remains a challenge to me.
