The mother company wall Mart is excellent. Moving from Massmart to masscash is a bit of downgrade in terms of culture although the salary was upgraded slightly.

Good learning expose

Allocate payment. Uodate payment schedule. Follow up on memebrs to pay their outstanding balance. Follw up on members who have paid to provide remittance and claims. Capture claims on GP system. Balance the conversion statement. Vash clear the invoices on GP. Reco ile members accounts. Raise POD Provide crrdit for members. Send statements, weekly and monthly

Amaizing stuff, good working conditions, I believe there is room for even bett

I have learnt alot and given it my all. I believe we all have more room to grow as Ea company a and employees. We have old employees who still want work to be done the same way it was done decades ago. I believe we need to keep up with the time to be more competent. A mix of old experiencied employees and New Grads will give great results. Young fresh minds.

Excellent learning curve

Work everyday, coworkers always willing to work, learning everyday. There is noway that you may be facing the same challenge everyday unless you have not attended it, its always a new challenge at Masscash logistics. My manager likes to put you into deep end and you have to find your way out. He is there if you need support though. I enjoy the fact that its not the same job everyday. You always have something new to do. There are no rooms for mistakes here. You make one mistake the whole company suffers financially. this makes this job very challenging
