I'm a diligent hardworker who always executes tasks at hand effeciently, I have a keen eye for numbers, am an analytical thinker and take direction from superiors very well, I enjoy working in a team which I normally find stimulating and I'm looking for a permanent position, my excellent verbal and written communication skills would make me an asset to your company and to this position.

Excellent corporate environment

Great preparation for future leaders. Text books may have been drawn here, drive this big ship and we earn support and loyalty from both customers and suppliers alike. Yes we are the market leaders.

Good working conditions

working with different races has taught me to respect other ppl cultures .challenge i usually face is when there is no electricity. I feel good when i solve query'son my reckons

Good enough exposure

Working at Masscash logistics keeps you busy the whole day. You need a sober and active mind all the time. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. We are on an open plan office which makes communication much easier. In the two years, it has been an excellent working curve for me where I have been exposed to managing delivery vehicles from buying then to managing their fuel. This has helped me learn to keep track of everything I do as I need to report about it. I enjoy the fact tht my mind is always busy, there is absolutely no idle time during the day. Most challenges come during the festive season where I need to hire more vehicles to help stores deliver on time

Pros: You can work anywhere in the world
Cons: Mistakes eminent if not carefull

projects are neverending excessive working hours on the job training oe work i do no support from senior managers thoroughly enjoy the work i do culture of the company is changing daily not for better

Making sure all decision and actions are made in the benefits of the business. Making sure decisions are made based on sustainability and facts. Analysing Store's to obtain maximum Profitability. The leisure to apply your mind with in the rules of the company structure. Working with a team who understands what the ultimate goal is. Be open minded and courteous at all times with, team members ,suppliers and customers.

Summary of Work Experience

Fast past paced. Job security, benefits and opportunities for development. Work not always to plan as new developments continuously come up. The team is professional. Outside the team I work with a mix of professional, skilled and semi skilled employees. I'm supportive and advise from an experience and knowledge base. Challenging aspects are dealing with complex issues and problems that crop up on a regular basis.

Pros: A brilliant organisation that provides learning and development opportunities and are leaders and trendsetters in the industry.
Cons: Long working hours, travelling long distances across provinces.
