Know and understand your customers - your offering and their needs will always be aligned!
Each day I visit 10 key customers according to the Cash & Carry being visited. Before arriving at the C&C I assess local competitors and feedback to Store GM. With that info collected I see my customers focusing on compliance, sales and operations. I also give supplier upcoming initiatives and insights which I will also feedback to the supplier management. Everyone I interact with is aware that I keep the customers' interest at heart. What I've learnt to focus on is the importance of my role to the organisation's bigger picture - my customers participate to 80% of each store's performance - which makes me enjoy it so much more. The main challenge is aligning above-the-line marketing with below-the-line marketing for each C&C.

Wonderful experience in a field i would like to follow.
we start our days early at 7.30am, cashing up the cashiers to get ready for our costumers, in the cash office we are busy the whole day, receipting payments, allocating payments. we call for outstanding payments. we also run the HR in store, like processing the documents for new employees. explaining the policies and procedures to them and helping them to complete the nominee forms for funeral benefits and pension. we take care of the claims that are returned daily. and also deal with customer queries where we can.

Invaluable Experience Gained
This no typical day at work, each day has a challenge which I enjoy coming up with solutions in order to resolve. During my time at Massmart I had the opportunity to learn multiple systems and had the opportunity to work with various people across the organization. I enjoy elicitation of requirements and bringing it to a testable level. The mother company wall Mart is excellent. Moving from Massmart to masscash is a bit of downgrade in terms of culture although the salary was upgraded slightly.

Excellent corporate environment
Great preparation for future leaders. Text books may have been drawn here, drive this big ship and we earn support and loyalty from both customers and suppliers alike. Yes we are the market leaders.
