Background and Experience
I am an Administration Manager working for a Massmart store in Port Elizabeth. I am looking for employment in Administration, Finance and Human Resources. I have four years experience in Administration Management. I studied BCom Economics and Business Management. I am a hard worker and an team player and a team leader. My relationship with my subordinates has been a good one all these years. I haven't been perfect but I have learnt a lot about leading a group of people. I started in the company as a graduate and I landed on the Admin Manager position through my dedication to work. I get quarterly audits on risk assessments at the beginning it was a challenge for me to pass these but as time went by I managed to pass both internal audits. These have been achieved by doing the right thing at the right time with the right people.

Excellent expirience.
Store manager, store assessment, logistics, procurement & buying, product compliance, FCPA, OHASA, health & safety, food safety, regular contact with the suppliers. Corporate business very good relationship with the associates. enjoyed dealing with the customers daily. the most challenging job was when sewerage system stopped working. Overall, lot learnt, and gain expirince.

Cons: Long working hours, even on sundays

Very exciting company to work for, and many challenges since it has a combination of retailers stores and wholesalers. It has lots of opportunities for growth, and you'll meet with different people.

More knowledge and experience in my career
Very busy environment to work in nd always have to be on your toes. Have a great team that always wanna share knowledge. I have learned lot of things as I have to make sure that I process all my duties accordingly and m handling wholesale and Retail payroll which have different processes I enjoy working with my team as it gives me courage to learn more and l always have the competition to do best The challenge is having to process adhocs when there's monthly payrun but always managed to make a plan as their are both important

I have 16 years of creditors experience, last position being Assistant supervisor @ Masscash accounts payable dept.My years of experience in the financial sector will be an asset to any company. I am loyal and one who does not abuse company privilege. I am able to complete tasks timeously & efficiently. Am very deadline driven, one who ensures excellence is attained in every given situation. I am mature and confident in my abilities and am willing to go the extra mile.

It a great company to work for.
working for masscash you get to learn new thing,since the company was bought by massmart new technologies and design have been implemented to the company, which means for us we get to face new challenges and learn how to solve new IT related problems, we get to travel a lot and spend a week away from home and working as a team it what makes our work much easier, because we help one another.

Regional Learning and Development Coordinator - EC
I am responsible for all training needs relating to my region. I enjoy what I do, as I have a great relationship with the different stakeholders that I work with. I have a strong network with the stores, as I am support to them. I travel to their stores at least once a month. I do their Employment Equity Meetings, Training Needs Analysis, BBBEE. I deal with the SETA when we have trainings coordinated by them. I am also responsible for making payments to our suppliers relating to training needs. I enjoy my job.
Pros: I enjoy travelling and interacting with the stores.
Cons: There are sometimes long hours involved.

Excellent customer interaction and learning curves of the fast paced demanding FMCG environment
Extremely demanding and fast, with attention to detail and deliveries to customer very important. Build and maintain existing relationships and continuously fight the competition to alaways come out ontop. Everyday is a new challenge and has new adventures and learning in every day. Food safety and hygiene being a huge factor focus point and compliance a non negotiable.
Pros: Busy environment and Great working environment support structure is excellent.
Cons: Long hours salery low for amount of work.

Challenging environment. Regulated with compliance and target driven.
Drafting of contracts, meetings, training, being trained, regulatory and compliance, working with reports and creating reports. I have a good relationship with my support staff and co-workers. I have learnt about working in a corporate environment. The most challenging part of my job is to prepare reports and to deal with urgent matters due to the department that I am in.

Allocate payment. Uodate payment schedule. Follow up on memebrs to pay their outstanding balance. Follw up on members who have paid to provide remittance and claims. Capture claims on GP system. Balance the conversion statement. Vash clear the invoices on GP. Reco ile members accounts. Raise POD Provide crrdit for members. Send statements, weekly and monthly
