RDC HR MANAGER
Give life to the stated strategic long term HR MDD agenda within the Supply Chain / Logistics. Drive with Top / Senior Management, the cultural transformation goals within Supply Chain, particularly Employee Engagement levels. Lead the HR Department and ESP functionaries in an operational and tactical manner to drive the continuous improvement ethos. Active participation in 005 operational meetings. Lead all communication forums with Team/Union and external parties on behalf of RDC Top Management and the Supply Chain Executive. Management and budgetary control of all Payroll, Training, Canteen and Teambuilding occurrences within the RDC. Negotiate all SLA/Contractual agreements under HR Departments scope - Canteen Suppliers, on site Labour Broker services, Employee Transportation, Teambuilding facilitators, New Training Suppliers etc. Lead all RDC CSI interventions in cooperation with the H/O CSI Department Conducting Trend Analyses reporting within the business unit, Leave Management, Unplanned

Entrepreneurship – To survive in any retail business you need a flare of a business owner, you need to adapt and change and keep up with business demands as if you own the company Motivating and developing people – A general is only as good as his lieutenants

Most outstanding experience
Controlling the expense s of the company and schedule the team according to the business needs.Reduce shrinkage as much as possible and motivating the where they lack.I for the company of this magnitude it was such beautiful mile.Team work which make every one s job so easy. I mostly enjoy doing those attractive merchandise where you to show case your skill.
Pros: Most promotes when I was given to open a new store within given time frame.
Cons: Due to stock take and visits of directors and share holder s we work till we drop,to achieve the most reward of the most clean store

A lot of learning experiences
long days , learning and experiencing stock flow and counts. but not for someone that is already experienced. we all are a strong team and support each other. but from management side no support or growth.

Successful stock take preparation
I'm a very dedicated worker who works calm and smart under pressure does not fear change and taking risk and strongly believe that in anything there's a room of learning and growing if you channel a mind to right direction with a team and colleagues that one works with. I strongly believe in protecting the assets of the company as I trust that the assets e.g customers and products are what keeps the company going or it's what can sustain the company. As for that reason that's where my passion of inventory was discovered through customers and stock. The challenges I've encountered are difficult customers which ended up helping and stock theft.

Excellent learning and growth
Started of at the most entry level in the company and worked my way up to a manager position Learnt how to work under pressure, store planing, how to increase store performance, How to manage a large team, How to handle disciplinary hearings, recruitment and selection and building relationships with employees as well as suppliers.
Pros: Good for learning and grooming
Cons: Very long hours and constantly disrupts personal life

This was my first time ever to deal with telecoms and i learnt a lot. I enjoyed dealing with the customers too. As long as I am able to learn new things, everything is fine with me
