The company i keep
My Typical day at work - is during preassure when dead lines are due and everyone is focuses to ensure that there are results and on time My relationship with co-workers : I develop excellent work relationship in that i can be able to delegate, invite others to share their opinion. I have to learned to work quite well and focus during the time of the day when there is pressure to deliver results without to blaming instead to provide solutions. What i enjoy most is the environment , and working mostly with people. The most challenging aspects of the job is when targets or dead lines are not met due to other department or challenges that where not resolved previously due to a fact that there was no proactiveness
Pros: Detail orientated, fast typist, bubly, innovative and proactive.
Cons: Long working hours , too anticipating most of the time energetic.

Good learning curve
Debt Collecting- Arranging for debt repayment based on debtor's financial situation. Respect should apply to both parties inoder to have a good relationship with the co- workers.Negotiating payment arrangement with the debtor within set mandates. Loading Promise to pay on system as agreed with debtors. Reaching the target that is required n working too much for the company. - Not reaching the standard that is required n facing the trouble at work n staying behind to coverup my shortfalls.
Pros: working hard always pays n team spirit does it all.
Cons: working the flexi hours n overtime in order to cover up my work

High Performance Call Center Culture
My Typical Day at work: A well productive day to me is a typical day with challenges and pressure where performance is driven aggressivily with excitement withing the call center Why Call Center needs to be vibrant or be excited whilst on duty? I believe that vibrant call centres are mostly High Performance Teams What are the most challenging aspects of the job? When the Task itself is parnishing where shortfalls or deficits are created. What is it that i enjoy most in the call center or at work : Coaching and Driving driving team performance. What is it that i have leanred : I have mostly learned that Average Performance is determined by normal working hours, when you go extramile with the best out of you, you turn to achieve extra ordinary results.

Debt collections Its not an easy job ,but it is achievable.
I'm working in target driven environment. Day in day out we have to see to it,we sell debit orders.if all the people in the book has a debit order we all feel we have achieved our perpose for the day.when we have a workable campaign we do our best coz we have all the tools.Typical day its when the is no contatebility obviously you will not have ptps and no debit orders.working with different characters it's good because we challenge each other,and we share ideas.what I have learnt is dat if you wanna reach your goals you have to come up with good strategy, know how to break down your work so you can achieve your goal.
Pros: Moving from one department to another it's good.

Good learning curve
The aim for daily schedule is to collect, nothing more. The relationship is good when you know how to interact and work wit people because most of the time you will be working as teams. As an individual you get to learn to be patient and be flexible at all times. There are times where you get to be rewarded for your hard work and that gives you the courage as an individual to do more. The most challenging aspects are you have to take control of the call at all times though sometimes people on the other side of the phone are difficult as well as company's constant changing of rules.

Learned to work under pressure
Working with different people and learning different languages Working under oressure Need to reach certain standards for the day I enjoyed talking to different people with a different language I was challenged by rude clients and help me to be calm all the time
Pros: The only opportunity is when you reached your daily standard
Cons: If you fail to reach your required target you were obliged to work extra hours,again you work extra hours to get extra cash

Goog learning curve
Everyday you do the same thing. You do learn from interacting with people and if you ask a lot of questions. The relationship with the co-workers is good at most times. You get to know that people are different and sometimes you don't share the same view so you have to learn to accommodate. The only challenge is when you have to forget about yourself and put your job first.
Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
