Goog learning curve
Everyday you do the same thing. You do learn from interacting with people and if you ask a lot of questions. The relationship with the co-workers is good at most times. You get to know that people are different and sometimes you don't share the same view so you have to learn to accommodate. The only challenge is when you have to forget about yourself and put your job first.
Pros: Great opportunity for promotion

Work day is always challenging and different each day,love to work with people and love to solve problems to the best of my ability,would like to grow further nd not stay on one position,I have good listening skills,nd always willing to listen to employees,patience plays a big roll in my daily task.

Good learning curve
Debt Collecting- Arranging for debt repayment based on debtor's financial situation. Respect should apply to both parties inoder to have a good relationship with the co- workers.Negotiating payment arrangement with the debtor within set mandates. Loading Promise to pay on system as agreed with debtors. Reaching the target that is required n working too much for the company. - Not reaching the standard that is required n facing the trouble at work n staying behind to coverup my shortfalls.
Pros: working hard always pays n team spirit does it all.
Cons: working the flexi hours n overtime in order to cover up my work

How was working at Mbd Credit Solutions
Mbd Credit Solutions is a nice company ,they have nice working hours .I just resigned because I'm relocating .I enjoyed working there because each and every day I would learn something new ,What I loved the most is dealing with hard customers ,I kike it when they challenging ne oe giving me hard time ,it teaches me to calm but had to be professional b futh wgen dealing with them.

Learned slot about debt management.
Working at MBD taught Me how to manage my debt and how being in debt can mess up any chances of You getting credit anywhere. I also learned how to be punctual at all times.

A day in branch IT Cape Town
As the call centre starts working at 07h30 in the morning, I am in at 07h00 to check the servers/switches/cameras and fibre lines are up and running. Ensure the helpdesk ticket schedule for the day is up and running for the IT staff member on shift. We assist the agents on the floor with issues like headsets which are faulty, sound problems or any IT related issues. As our head office is in JHB and they control the main servers, we constantly have to check if the internet is faulty,mail down ect. Having previously managed a IT server room with issues in a call centre, it is very challenging to await feedback from head office as this is unproductive. The nature of the call centre business is every challenging as we can have software or hardware to be implemented at the last minute as communication between IT and Operations is lacking. I enjoy IT as everyday there is something different and new.

Cons: giving up saturday and spending time with the family

Excellent learning curve
Mbd its mostly focus on learning and development, their key objectives is to empower their employees to increase their skills,change its constant, because you can never be too sure if thy you will occupy the post forever. They always restructuring that means you can equip more skill in a short period of time
