I would call a client and make an arrangement based on their debts and inform them of defaulting on their account and making them aware of how much they should pay on their accounts. And sell the benefits of paying their accounts. and also i enjoy the challenges of having to achieve daily targets and monthly targets. Having to have drives and competitions against each other.

How was working at Mbd Credit Solutions

Mbd Credit Solutions is a nice company ,they have nice working hours .I just resigned because I'm relocating .I enjoyed working there because each and every day I would learn something new ,What I loved the most is dealing with hard customers ,I kike it when they challenging ne oe giving me hard time ,it teaches me to calm but had to be professional b futh wgen dealing with them.

Learning curve

It's a good company to work for. They give you the best training ever. Invest in people. Strives in high performance culture. Provides opportunities in growth.Invests in on going staff trainings. Does staff evaluation bi-annually.

Cons: The salary does not meet ones needs

My experience

It is a greatvexperience to work with the company they have given me experience as it was the 1st time working in the call centre industry. It is most about team work and good work relationship. I have opportunities to earn incentives wen i reach my target. The most challenge its when the drive of the day is hard to reach.

Normal environment to work to, if you good at doing your work, you enjoy working there

Good working environment, with great team leaders. They always available to assist when experiencing some problem.th working hours are not long and they alway there to support you if required. Even though there are some superriors whi treat workers badly but the environment is good

Pros: Each year agents gets promoted from being an agent to team leaders or Quality team
Cons: Working hours were not too long, we worked normal working hours

Still room for improvement.

Good environment

Excellent work environment Team leaders are the best I have learnt a lot working with different individuals and had learnt alot. Its allows growth within the company and also allows the employers a chance to study further which is an opportunity most company dont offer

Change is constant

The company I worked for taught us that change is constant and that innovation is key in order to be relevant in the current business world. It has been a good lesson for me, because I have learned to adapt to new environments easily. One should always work smart instead of working hard.

Learned slot about debt management.

Working at MBD taught Me how to manage my debt and how being in debt can mess up any chances of You getting credit anywhere. I also learned how to be punctual at all times.

Cons: No growth within the company
