I am a professional lady with a good communication,managerial skills,technical skills,listening skills and human interpersonal skills. I love to work as a team and also learn from others. I can also work under pressure and also multi task with different groups of individuals. Having opportunity to personal learning development courses and attending in services training
Maintaining awareness of clinical and professional development in nursing care, always observing strict hygiene and safety rules and ensuring that visitors are also observed ensuring that correct reporting and administrative procedures are followed working in community outreach programmes supervising junior staff members and students accompanying Doctor during rounds reporting to the person in charge of health and safety issues taking responsibility of ward in absence of senior staff.

Having been given opportunity for personal development courses
Maintaining awareness of clinical and professional development in nursing care Always observing strict hygiene and safety rules and ensuring that visitors also observed ensuring that the correct reporting and administrative procedures are followed observant enough to be able to detect the any changes in a patients health reporting to the person in charge of health and safety issues. A team player, preparing patients for surgery by administering drugs and injections reporting writing and making sure nursing plans are evaluated.

Excellent
I work as a telephonist and help at reception when they are busy or short staff. We are a great team in the admin department we break china to staff and patient.I have learnt a lot and have been through courses and workshops within the company.I love and enjoy what I do.

Have opportunity to improve skills
nursing neonates, assessing them diagnosing,planning , implementing,report liaising with multi disciplinary team, report writting ,doing rounds with Doctors, followings doctors order's, inserting intravenous lines taking bloods sending them to the laboratory analysing the results and act on the results accordingly and also report to the doctor teaching surbonates and students and doing in serving training administering intravenous medication intramuscular oral per rectum and subcutaneous medications.

Self-esteem and confidence are my pride
I love working with people because I learn difference aspect of work and behaviour of people . I have a pride towards my confidence and hardworking environment. I enjoy working with people with a sense of humour and dedicated to their work . I have learn that being loyal it's open alot of path to my colleagues towards behaviour. The challenges are always there at work , I hate being pressure and shouting while adressing challenge because of your personal issues. Personal issues left at the gate so that we work together .

Exellent learning curve
As I work for Private hospital environment days are not the same with regards to complaints I repair minor electrical problems like power failure to faulty equipment. Technical department is about team work as it consist of Artisan to Handyman the Assistance. I have learnt more about electrical installation and fault finding on aircons also underwent various in-house training with regards to administrative system called SAP. I enjoy new challenges and fault finding on electrical problems. What's challenging is having to solve problems of anything you haven't trained for.
Pros: In-house and outside training is offered to any employee who has interest

Management at this hospital is unfair biased and race orrrinetated. They do not care for you as a person they do not what to hear about your suggestions or complaints. They know about all the unlawful things that are going on in their hospital and still so nothing. Worst company ever to work for
