Having been given opportunity for personal development courses
Supervision junior staff and making decisions about matters relating to patients solving problems related to staff and patients resolve patients conflict and giving them emotional support planning patient's discharge accompanying Doctors during rounds administer intramuscular and intravenous medication compile nursing care plane evaluating and report writing. Carrying out routine investigations and care procedures.

Be patient and work very well underpressure
i was clearning toilets and making beds i was friendly like to communicate with coleagues i have learnt to seek for advice with other people i enjoyed learning new things my employer was bit hush

Operate computerized maintenance program: Asset Management, Purchasing orders generate and close job cards, planned Maintenance schedules. Occasionally act as Technical Manager Suppliers Trainings Attended Medhold: First line maintenance of GE Anesthetic machines. Stat Tiakeni: First line maintenance on Falcone Anesthetic machines, training on Zoll defibrillators etc. Draeger: First line maintenance on Draeger Anesthetic machines and ventilators. Philips: Advanced training in Philips medical equipment. Stryker: Faultfinding and wiring Stryker camera systems. Mediclinic skills development: Supervisory skills, leadership skill Mediclinic skills development: Scada-installing circuitor meter, convertors. Programing and adding devices on the scada software.

Great exposure
I Love what I am doing in Mediclinic as an enrolled nurse, there are a lot of challenges (parents, staff, management and Doctors) that has made me to realise that one can become anthing that he wants to become. I work close with most of the Doctors and surgeons and I must say I have learned a lot from them, because if they are that you show interest in what you are doing that are to teach you (they would explainX-rays to me and why do they give the medication that they are giving and what it does). Some of the things I learned from the Doctors and the Sisters was how to read bloods. There other thing is that the Doctors treated us equally as their staff.

-Staff is cooperative -short courses for staff is provided -inadequate staffing resulting in nurses being over worked -too much of RACISM!!! -drs don't appreciate the work of nurses !always looking for mistakes nd shout at the nurses

Good working environment
Starting at 7am opening files for clients and loading with different companies and medical aids. I have a good working relationship with my colleagues. I enjoy worming with different types of people and I have learned to be more patient n understanding. Though having to ask for money while people coming to consult are in pain makes it sometimes difficult for me, I enjoy my work
