I have learnt alot

High expectations, as an admin person there is not much room for growth. I have the flexibility of meeting people all the time, do not have to be office bound all day. I have gained knowledge of many clinical matters whilst working here. The joy of making people smile, is what brings me back every day. The lack of growth , high expectations from high profile people make my job challenging.

Pros: Not office based-flexibility within the hospital
Cons: No room for growth as I am not a nurse

Broaden my knowledge.

Awesome and very good company. Puts the client first, as well as staff members. Rarely have I seen this in any other workplace. Both done efficiently which is very pleasant to witness. At this company staff members are trained to put the patient first and going the extra mile.

Great customer service experience

Doing admissions,discharges and payment for patients,have a very good relationship with my colleagues,I learnt a lot to deal with different kinds of people,I enjoyed helping people and going the extra mile and dealing with difficult clients was the most challenging part of my job but u enjoyed the challenge a lot

Mediclinic Tshwane Learning Centre is one of the training centres that gives nurses opportunity to improve their qualifications....and I learnt a lot from that field of work though the position was temporary.

I never regret anything working at Mediclinic company

I think it is now time to explore my career professionally and develop experience and expertise in other fraternity health companies.i do take my job seriously and with passion.overall I do work tirelessly and even under strenuous condition for the benefit of both me and company.

Team work and client focused service

I enjoy working with clients.I am interested in a new challenge of rendering services on the other side of the health services as i have already had a physical and personal experience in the clinical field of work and understand the clients needs better but would like to be involved in helping in making decisions for the clients to ensure an effective clinical,financial risk assesment to ensure that all needs of administrator and clients as well as service providers are met

it's a very interesting job with lots of opportunities to grow within the sector and a very challenging one too there's an opportunity to expand your knowledge on other things related to the job
