With more than 20 years of experience and skills as a Human Resources Specialist & Payroll supervisor, working in a variety of Industries, I believe that I can make a positive contribution to any company. My knowledge of Excel is good to excellent, MS word packages, Various payroll systems and accounting systems. Large Payroll full from start to yearend SARS easifile procedure etc. Manage of weekly payroll staff of about 20. Weekly payroll of 3500 and monthly 140 staff. HR generalist, recruitment full process, HR annual budget and manage there of. I have 20 years plus experience in payroll and about 10 years HR generalist. I am creative, a problem-solver and a great team player. I am reliable, accountable and thoroughly self-managed. I am optimistic, articulate and hard working. My enthusiasm for the job comes through in all I do. I have a positive attitude, use my own initiative and have the ability to fully "take charge" of any assignments.

Need new prosepects
Stressful environment not adequate for a single parentvery long hours harsh environment very fast phased no family life no social life night duty is not appropriate for me being a single mum

Great learning curve
Roughly my day starts at 8am and end at 4pm. My day to day management of the practice includes a lot of admin and assisting patients with their queries including admissions, accounts and billing. I have a very healthy working relationship with my co-workers. Since we are based in a hospital, my day-to-day means i am constantly surrounded by other practices with other practice managers. The most challenging aspects of my job are difficult patients, especially when it comes to patient accounts. Time management, sometimes my daily targets are not met due to other administration constraints. I enjoy helping people. It gives me great pleasure to know that i have done something to assist, even if it but small. To know that someone left my office happy with the service and assistance they received, is a peaceful feeling. I have learnt that everyday is a learning curve, you never stop learning. Everyday is an opportunity to broaden what you think you learned or mastered yesterday.

Good learning curve
The salary is a good copetitive one. The work evironment is good, i grew a lot when it come to interactions with people couse here we work as a support team to nurses and doctors and also the patients.

General nursing, Nursing admissions, spirit,audiometry and vision screening last module on OHNS
I’m a very calm person who works well with other people, performance driven and willing to explore and gain new experience and not afraid of challenges and change. On a typical work day I spend most of my time at work, and being a nurse has thought me that we all different as human beings and every one must be respected irrespective of the age and status.

Loving problem solving
I am diligent and do tasks right the first time. I dont like a comeback. Co workers are all like family and I enjoy working with the different sosial and ethnic groups. I do daily checks on servers, checks on running systems. Do repairs and use some problems as learning opportunities. I love large projects and enjoy crisis situation.

Cons: Will mis the friends and graet benefits.
