Great experience
Working for Medscheme has been a great opportunity and a learning curve. Working with professionals such as doctors, registered nurses and ambulatory people has been great because I got to learn a few things about medical industry. relationship with my co-workers is amazing because they are always willing to help as much of them are clinical experienced I enjoyed being able to liase with the providers directly and learning all about the chronic conditions and medications
Pros: im able to work 8 - 4, Monday to Friday. There is always overtime available to all. Growth is pushed.

I started working in 2015, and have substantial tools for growth.
I am a great team player and organize team buildings. The job requires me to be flexible at all times and breaks repetition. I enjoy helping my team mates and educating staff of new information learnt, and being the 2cnd in charge. We take up to a 1000 calls per day, sometimes it can be challenging staying in character when having a bad day, and also changing from query to query in between calls as we have 20 seconds wrap up time. I have learnt to be confident about my job towards the members, I have learnt to work with other people from different backgrounds and I've learnt leadership skills.
Pros: Dont work on weekends and Public Holidays
Cons: Not alot of departmental fun

What I have enjoyed most with my company is the working hour,but there is no overtime.
I have learnt a lot especially on Administration because when I started with the company I didn't have experience but today I am capable of doing anything without being monitored. I have learnt to take accountability in everything that I do and have mutual respect to everyone that I work with or communicate with especially on how to handle our client.
Pros: We are always given a chance toi learn something new.
Cons: It is rare in our company to see someone promoted to another position and it is demotivational.

Learnt a lot with Medication processes.
We deal with Government Employees Chronic Patients Medication. We do follows and update any updates on the system. Outbound calls to patients after doctors visit. Remind customers with their upcoming doctors visit. Inform patients with their benefits available. Respond to callbacks requested when patients needs assistance. Offer advice on how to deal with Medication. Checking any fault on Medication. Escalating issues of prescription to Pharmacist in the event the Medication is not working or patient require a different Medication as per doctors order.

Excellent communicate and interperson skills
My days involves dealing with telephonic authorizations for risk management to providers and stake holders. team player and assisting with escalations, empowering colleagues. Have learn team work bring success and growth, sharing ideas. Rendering best service and putting a smile in someone's face and resolving problems. Like challenging cases , makes a person learn and grow and have dignity. When the job is not fully performed due to lack of information or knowledge.

Adaptation
Good day. What I have learned about myself was that I adapt very easily and quickly to any changes or circumstances that lay ahead. I have a firm believe to first and foremost respect people.

I have strong analytical, customer relationship and planning skills combined with the ability to coordinate the efforts of many to meet any organizational goals. I am very passionate about Service Delivery and maintaining a customer centric environment, both on internal and external stake holders. With my diverse experience, I can say with confidence that my strongest attribute is in Organizational Planning, Service Delivery, Brand Awareness, Administration, Planning and Implementing systems.
