I am working as a call centre agent. There are 16 people in our team working as a family. I deal with different customer each and everyday, resolving charge disputes , network issues, internet connection issues. I enjoy interacting with customers over the phone. The most challenging part is dealing with irrates customers complaining about their airtime disappearing from their phone, people yell and scream at me but I can handle them because I am trained to do so and the support that I get from my teammates and my team leader is amazing. We understand each other and we re always there for one another.
Pros: Opportunity for promotions
Cons: Late night shift.

It provides a professional and good service delivery
Its a well built professional company with good customer service ,it has a room for growth but a stepping stone,need to cater some transport for their employees to balance the adherence towards the company and enployees
Pros: it has a great room for growth but a stepping stone
Cons: the hour are not healthy for a family person and very risky toward someone who doesn't have their own transport

Learning opportunities limited.
A permanent post would be most motivation for agent to better their work and willingness to give more to customers or clients. A salary increase would go along as the current income would assist in furthering careers, to better their growth within the company.

Motivation
I am humble individual and enquirers a lot. I loves what I do and I applies myself very well. I am well focused and thrives to reach to my goals and potentials. My behavior has changed tremendously in the past few years. I have a good personality and warm friendly smile. I am always warm to assist at all times. My interaction with people has been awesome in that I welcomes positive criticism very well. I am is always eager to learn and understand my environment. I knows my role very well .
Pros: Having the right team to work with.

Excellent experience
i have learnt a lot of things since i start working at this company. i do have a good relationship with my co-workers and team leaders. i enjoy everything about the company including the management . the most challenging about the job is that you learn new things everyday

Experience
It's a great experience expecially when you always end your calls with a smile and you are always able to provide assistance. Making friends around the call Centre and ask for help from your colleagues if you don't know that query. Challenging part of working in a call center it's when you get a arate customer that does not even want to listen at you, but I have managed to overcome those.

Good Communication Skills
Recieving high volume of calls especiallly month end and handling them in a good pace there was a good relationship with them and respect i have learn to handle the call and troubleshoot with the customer and being polite to them,when the system is offline it was the biggest challenges that we experienced.
