My ecperince with a call center
I like the working environmet, there are learning opportunities as, one gets a chance to grow in knowledge and self development. They do training on new products evry now and then. Its just the working hours that are challenging, how ever i would say they need to train the team leaders , some of them dn't know how to speak to agents, no respect at all. I enjoy working with my team, we have unity and support for one onother. We do a lot of team building activities outside work and it's fun. otherwise its really is a good company. We have attence incentive of r200 only, i think there should be more especially with the long hours we work.

I have gained an experience and have learnd a lot.
working at the company that i am in at the moment it is very fun and i love working wih my co-workers, i was looking fowrd into growing in within the company so few disapointments happend and i habe learned that acomodating other people is one of the most important keys in a company.
Pros: No much chances of promotions.
Cons: hours are cut down .

Good commucation skills and target driven
I like working in an environment where there is a lot of enthusiastic young people who have a common goal,that is achieving business and personal goals consistently.I work.I get along with individuals who have good team spirit and who are willing to help others when they're struggling to meet minimum standards required.People see me as a ever ready and hardworking person who is determined to achieve goals.I've learnt to adapt in any situation and learn from previous mistakes that prevent me from reaching my target.Being in a team has taught me to be considerate of others feeling and not do or say anything offensive to fellow colleagues.I enjoyed working and sharing ideas with team mates so to achieve common goals.I find it difficult to sell when there is system problems.When target is not reduced ,it means I will work tirelessly and be under a lot of pressure.
Pros: One can progress from agent to coach or team leader
Cons: Early working hours eg.2am.I found it hard to wake up at times

Have qualification for this post
I have 4years customer care expirience at bytes and currentely working at merchant.I can work underpressure.I know how to manage time im not a person who like to be late for starting time at work and absentisim is not my things. I can work extra mile .It is nice to work at merchats as im working with people.solving their quries;helping with general problems .loging resquest for customers,locking sim and phones.dealing with invoices and statements.my relationship with co worker its a very good one.giving best customer service is what im enjoying to do .the challenges is when i have to wait 48hours for the back office to attend the request.

Good working experience
It's an open environment which entails dealing with customer on a daily basis assisting with different queries like minimising data and recharge issues most it's network to connection to the internet

Vibrant, intellectual & hard working
I have great work ethics , i would say in terms of doing best in my abilities to ensure that I do what is required from me & also have fun while working. I'm a humble kind, very friendly & well to communicate with as relationship concerns amongst colleagues. I have a positive effect on peoples lives which is part of human nature. What I've learned was how to be respectful in a working environment, being professional at all times and how to interact with clients . I have enjoyed being a call centre reason being because of certain customers that would need assistance based unexpected queries. What was the challenge of my job was definitely computers not working as it was supposed to. Different shifts I had to pursued.

Great training experiencing within the networking sector and technical support
Start to my day would start at the early hours of the morning which s before sunrise. because of no structure within the basis of simple seating many a times we are moved to different locations with in the center to accommodate perhaps a night shift team and this causes the start to a lagging day. As the day progress lots of skills within the customer service experience plays a big role in the days progress in a positive way as we deal with all sorts of clients and deal with lots of different situation and the day would end with admin work and follow up and clean ups of accounts.

Providing world class service
To work at my current company is a learning experience everyday. A typical work day is not necessarily a typical work day in the sense that you know what is going to happen, more the fact that you are expecting something new or something different to happen in that day. That is why the relationship between my co-workers and I needs to be strong so that we can work together in resolving issues and to learn from one another The co-workers that I interact with on a daily basis are what I enjoy most as they are the ones that motivate and encourage you throughout the day. The challenging aspects of the job is that there is always something new or unexpected going to happen sooner or later regarding changes to process.

Day at work includes less mingling because we are constantly on calls for 3hrs straight with two 15mins break or sometimes an 1hr lunch and back on calls for 3hrs again . otherwise the enviromnent is filled with nice people from the agents to specific team leaders and managers too . Talking to the customers is an enjoyable thing to do , giving them advice and them listening . Its an easy thing to do but not always. I learnt that the saying "customers are always right " is not true in reality only in the cust serve industry. The most challenging thing about it , is that you get paid hourly ( payment is not fixed) , the working hours are ridiculous , off days too , transport is not provided for when you knoff off really late and warnings are signed for just about any little wrong move you do and you get escalated a lot
