A typical day at work was when you have to work under pressure especially when calls need to be be taken are more than you expected and u have to pressure your self to get it done and the relationship with my co-workers was very helpful and good which I have learned to be a lo be a team player and making sure that you treat everyone equally so. You can what I enjoyed mostly was when we 39 playing games and been given challenges so that there will be a prize worthy.

Excellent learning curve

We do customer service everyday for cell c customer's. Very strict with working hours, no late coming is tolerated. Fun and vibrant place, but only if we're not queuing with calls from customer's

Excellent work experience within the technical department.

Dealing with different clients on a daily basis. Having to resolve technical issues by doing everything that I trained to do and adding my two sense in it to get the issue sorted.

It's a stepping stone and a gate way to the corporate world

The company lacks leadership and puts a lot of pressure at its empleeys while they don't give PROPER working tools and expert agents to do miracles,The management at the company doesn't do things accordingly and when that is being addressed they get you fired or threatens to get you fired every month agents always have pay queirys and dont get paid well for what they worked for and the shifts are tiring as they always change

You grow within the company

Its a nice ad fee environment to work in... You have to be focused in order to not maje mistakes. Its up to an individual on how they conduct them. Selves or do their work in order to get promoted to another department.

Merchants is very huge company that consists of well-skilled workers who are very friendly and passing of knowledge onto other agents is very speedily which assist the productivity to be well

I have learned to interact with different kinds of people and put clients first.

Call centre environment with full of energetic people with good sense of humor and management which is always around to support all employees, at this job as a call center agent for merchants I have learned good communication skills and customer care experience.

Merchants experience

Being a call centre agent at merchants requires me to be at work on time on each scheduled day,assist clients with invoice disputes and network issues ,23 till 7th of every month is peak week high call volume,fun working environment, queries were also escalated by us to back office and did follow ups as well,kept calm when. I encountered a irate customer
