Working Working in merchants was hectic at timesdue to high calk vokumes on a regukar basis but we managed to keep the caks down and we learnt a lot every day dealing with different people daily n new products as well n teaching them. To others as wel

Growth within the company

It's good working for merchants it gives you many opportunities to grow within the company. It's does have best interest for the employees within the company.It offers future leader opportunities to the employees that wants to become leaders which is the good thing for employees becouse you get to be exposed to lots of things and also get to know people and learn to communication with different individuals

Excellent experience

Atypical workday is a good one, I get to engage with other employees and share ideas learnt how to deal with customers and provide good customer care service. I enjoy sharing ideas and good working environment. the most challenging aspects are the long working hours and knocking off late.

Theres growth even though its not that much

This company has growth there and there if you are under coca cola directly if you are under an agent like merchants there is bo growth and the benefits differ under coke theres benefits merchants you must make your own benefits theres no medical aid and staff is dividend because of the different 50 percent differnce

I have learnt from billing to technical skills

c.it has thousands of departments to choose fromit offers studying opportunitis as well as the change to grow within the companythe staff is very easy going to work with they make being at work more enjoyable .the cpmay is very clean and has alot of space since it is now covid weare able to social distance very esaily we are always adhering to the covid 19 rthe experience i have got is making me grow i have learnt technical skills with fibre ulesand customer service level has got better
