Excellent learning experience and great environment to work in

I have learned a lot as an employee at merchants and I am grateful for the time I spent in the company. Only problem was limited resources to do out hi obs effective and demands from client that cannot be met

I work at in bounce call center. I'm good in communication with customers.

I at any shift and even overtime but we always had fight for the correct pay including the extra time worked for. But . there is unfair treatment to the work and no bonus . the incentive you don't even get even if you earned it. They always paid income that's in complete.etThere is bad management staff. And unfair treatment for works gorince for calloun C

Stepping stone

I’m available to start work at any time when needed, I’m a bubbly hard working woman who’s aim is to keep everyone including clients happy at all time. I work work under pressure and I’d like to think of myself as a great asset in any company I’ve worked with and more that I’ll work for.

Build good relationship with co-workers. Salary not good at all

Build very good relationships with fellow colleagues Hr non existant . You only see or hear from them when it's the induction or disciplinary processes. They need to look at the salaries of the different departments and the amount of work they do.

Learned a lot and felt empowered. Loved the diversity in the culture of the company.

Good

A typical day at work was when you have to work under pressure especially when calls need to be be taken are more than you expected and u have to pressure your self to get it done and the relationship with my co-workers was very helpful and good which I have learned to be a lo be a team player and making sure that you treat everyone equally so. You can what I enjoyed mostly was when we 39 playing games and been given challenges so that there will be a prize worthy.

Excellent growing and learning experience

Excellent learning curve

We do customer service everyday for cell c customer's. Very strict with working hours, no late coming is tolerated. Fun and vibrant place, but only if we're not queuing with calls from customer's

Understanding your Client

Working on the customer service agent,helping customer throw correspondence is efficient but also hard as the tool provided to you are at a minimum, which leads to escalation follow-ups that needs monitoring. Good typing skills and product knowledge, once one has good understand and product knowledge it is then up to your use your resources also known as Back Office to provide assistance, if the resourced is productive only then will one be able to provide feedback. To take ownership and make effectien use of resourse at all time to provide excellent customer service a ND satisfaction.
