Good Communication Skills

Recieving high volume of calls especiallly month end and handling them in a good pace there was a good relationship with them and respect i have learn to handle the call and troubleshoot with the customer and being polite to them,when the system is offline it was the biggest challenges that we experienced.

Hardworking call Centre agent

my typical work day would be handling complaints, cancelations, login query, logging feedback, reset accounts approve accounts. Most of the time I assist with upgrading subscriptions canceling and refunding customer payments. I raise technical issues and escalation. Advise customers on the report ordering and process. Assist with admin duties. I enjoy communicating and interacting with different groups. I have learnt a lot with many different levels or positions in the work place. I have also learnt to focus on my work to remain out of work

I work at in bounce call center. I'm good in communication with customers.

I at any shift and even overtime but we always had fight for the correct pay including the extra time worked for. But . there is unfair treatment to the work and no bonus . the incentive you don't even get even if you earned it. They always paid income that's in complete.etThere is bad management staff. And unfair treatment for works gorince for calloun C

It's a stepping stone and a gate way to the corporate world

The company lacks leadership and puts a lot of pressure at its empleeys while they don't give PROPER working tools and expert agents to do miracles,The management at the company doesn't do things accordingly and when that is being addressed they get you fired or threatens to get you fired every month agents always have pay queirys and dont get paid well for what they worked for and the shifts are tiring as they always change
