Duties

Answering calls, processing partial withdrawal, surrender and premium refund. Policy maintanance, policy reinstatement, cancelling the AIM and updating client details. Customer retention and generating leads.

Yes

A typical time is when i did not reach my daily target.i become worried.but what I've learn,when working with clients you have to be strong.patients and trust yourself,motivate yourself like almost every single day and have confidence.we Having fun as team.company it's offere incentives daily,weekly and monthly.challenges in telepathically job is just when u dont get hold of the clients. voicemails,not pick you up our calls or hang up.
