Excellent Learning Curve

It is very good and interesting I get to learn new things every day. we have a good relationship with colleagues and Managers. what i enjoy Most is when we working as a team getting different Ideas from others on how to grow. sometimes you get challenges when it comes to clients when you need to resolve their issues.

Excellent learning curve in the insurance industry

Everyday is a learning curve because you might deal with the same thing but all enquiries are different and that is the nice part that you also deal with different people especially clients. One has learnt patience and tolerance because some people will attack you but you should have a clear mind and be emotionally intelligent as the frustration is with the company not the individual. One gets along with colleagues brilliantly as most enquiries are resolved by me, that's the part I enjoy helping others to achieve the goal.

Excellent stepping stone

the work is enjoyable and have a very supporting team leader, its very challenging to do cold calling but it gets easier by time, i love building rapport with my clients but some are not easy to convince to take up a funeral cover, i have learnt to work with people and that when when selling policies to client make sure its a need that they want, even to put my self in a client s shoes to make sure they afford it.

Excellent fast learner and earger to learn

I've learnt to work under pressure and i enjoy to work within the team and take leadership, i also love working with different people from dufferent race or group - i get along very well with people. The most challenging this with my current job is to break through within the industry and finding my own client base and be competative with people who have many year of experience in the field.

Handling objections and building rapport

Handling objections Financial advisor Mostly enjoyed the challenge of working in a performance driven organization, it's always exciting when you work towards a certain target and eventually meet the target.. it makes you to start viewing life from a different perspective, hence in the beginning it all seem impossible when you set the target.
