Excellent learning curve

Wake up go admin in the morning go for a run or gym get back and get ready for 1 st appointments after appointment to home network new prospects , I had a good relationship with most co workers simply because I was open minded and always keen to head others suggestions . I learnt how to speak and communicate more effectively with people from all races as it was my to mwva blessing to help people by educating them hu bro save for a better life for their children ,the worst part was not getting new leads and people missing payments which effected your salary .

Helps build communication skills

We sell insurance,different kinds of products,we work together,help each other when needed,it is important to communicate to avoid miscommunication. I enjoy helping people.the most challenging aspects about selling insurance is meeting very difficult clients

Learning curve

Its a good company but there are no opportunities for promotions Working hours are horrible you dont get to rest enough because we sometimes works on Saturdays as well As a person you wanna grow when working for a company but how do i grow if am not given the opportunity to show my skills and how far i can go?

Learning curve

It's good place for growth if you want to gain experience but very tough to survive because the pressure is too much from management to managers then to agents,I have learned alot here to survive in any call centre the pressure and extra working hours adaptation as a person.

Great opportunities and more money

Financial Advisor and I was advising people about our brands e.g. funeral plans, educational plans, hospital plans and retirement annuity. I also worked at clicks as a shop assistant cashier and was trained as a Supervisor and also did office work such as banking, cash up .

Able to work with a team as well as individual

am a reliable person, who is willing to grow and to learn in life , i am able to work without a supervision, solving the conflict around my team is my strength, am the person who likes to priorities , i work extra time when needed

Costumer service

I was working @CSO costumer service officer helping clients to reinstate policy, open new policy, flip old policy,phoning client to sell new product telephonically and electronically ,capturing information of client in system convincing client to not cancelled policy's always smiling and greeting client. I learn how to work as a team , I enjoy in selling policy's and working on reinstate laps policy. The most challenging aspects of the job the department of cancellation.

Great learning opportunity.

I am a highly motivated individual who has a strong work ethic, sense of discipline and integrity. I relish challenges, however demanding, work enthusiastically within a team and demand high standards of myself. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in economics, Obtained from the University of South Africa.

Cons: Learning is an ongoing process and I had only 12 months to work.

I enjoyed every time working with such big company, great opportunity to be promoted but you have to work long hours. Great for an entry level position.
