Good relationship with co-wrokers. I've learn to go with the flow and not be rigid. I've learnt to take care of myself and put myself 1st. I enjoy the flexibility of working wherever you want and going to the office when its absolutely necessary.

An amazing opportunity
It examines structured data with regard to incidents of financial crime. The aim is to discover and analyse patterns of fraudulent activities. Redflagging of fraudulent policies/policy owners are done on a daily along with investigation of the behavioral activities of suspects. I work in a team of 9 members (me being the youngest in the team) we have become a work family. In our team we embrace the work culture, strengths and weakness of one another.
Pros: Gaining of experience and expertise in Forensic Data Analysis

An exciting career journey
During my work experience at Momemtum Metropolitan, I was fortunate enough to have experienced firsthand and learned, many different sides of what goes into a project, the general process of how a project is initially planned, developed and completed; as well as how much work and detail goes into every stage. Another valuable lesson I have learned was that there were the many different types of work an Data/Business Analyst and project leader has to perform, which in turn, have provided me with more insight into the different types of roles and responsibilities that I could perform.

Very excellent dental assistant
At Mmi holdings we administrate medical aids, I have more experience in how medical aid pay for Dental procedures and how do they work. I have gained more experience on the computer literacy as I have more experience in Dental assisting. My colleagues we are mixed colours , Black and white but I can tell you we are a family. We respect each other , Do are work as directed. I enjoy interacting with everybody as you learn new things every day. Regards Cynthia

Having to continuously work outside my comfort zone
Great Organisation that has different support mechanisms for for their employees and promotes excellence. There is always something to learn each day. Other days are more busier than others but all provide a good learning experience.

Excellent learning curve
IT has been good working here, I learnt a lot and been growing since. It is a warm environment and my boss is a teaching boss. Colleagues are helpful an dedicated people.

Pressurized environment
A call centre is a very fast paced environment and the administration does not end. There is always pressure and one need to always be up their game. I could not multi task when i started working for MMI but i had to work on that weakness and make sure i pay attention to detail in the process. which i did pretty well. typical work days would be towards month end and beginning of the month when we have new starters. I really enjoyed recruitment, interviewing and having to select suitable candidates for the business was fulfilling. Team work is part of company values and the HR team possessed that every single day.
Pros: exposure to all relevant responsibilities and departments to groom an individual

Good Opportunity
As an IT operator the core function and responsibility is to monitor all systems running on the IBMi AS400 which may be during the day or at night depending on the scheduled shift. Monitoring the systems on a daily basis to pick up abnormalities or inconsistencies in terms of batch processes, EFT’s , active users using high resources, ensuring debit orders complete successfully in the morning and escalating to the relevant persons.
Pros: Great learning curve
Cons: No sign of Permanent employment
