My name is Ofentse Abrey Maphakela, An IT professional with a passion and drive to constantly work towards being the best version of myself. I am currently studying part-time towards my post-graduate studies in Information Technology. I have inter-personal and communication skills; that I believe are essential to any working and team-based environment. I’m very much interested in interchangeably using Information Technology across all disciplines to provide solutions to problems. Problem solving, and numerical data handling skills are also one of my strong points as well as the ability to think out the box and constantly recreate my perspective.

Excellent learning curve
Great working environment with a brilliant supervisor, who made sure that I learn as much as I can, and not compromising on who i am. Being in that working environment with a supervisor who not only wants the best out of the company employees but personally too.

An exciting career journey
During my work experience at Momemtum Metropolitan, I was fortunate enough to have experienced firsthand and learned, many different sides of what goes into a project, the general process of how a project is initially planned, developed and completed; as well as how much work and detail goes into every stage. Another valuable lesson I have learned was that there were the many different types of work an Data/Business Analyst and project leader has to perform, which in turn, have provided me with more insight into the different types of roles and responsibilities that I could perform.

Healthy working environment, the company offers skills development every now and then and personal development. Team work is highly effective. The company practices the culture of innovation, professionalism and treating the clients with high respect and fairness. It is very important to build clients base and maintain good relationships with them.

Good consulting skills
Good relationship with clients, learnt relationship management, recruitment, enjoy creating opportunities for growth, travelling is the biggest challenge. Typical work includes partnering with stakeholders to ensure proper growth of business. Use HR to ensure we create best Employee relationship

Career growth
It is a great working environment, the colleagues are friendly and the training is awesome. I enjoyed the company culture and the challenges were external clients however I managed to overcome it.

Customer orientated. Stats driven
Typical work day would be to accepts tasks in our que and to action within an hour. This is stats driven and impacts on my performance. Ive started in an automated environment of access management, but is now adapting to working "manual"/ technically to accommodate the existing system. I enjoy working with clients and have learn new methods that are "behind the scenes".

Excellent challenge
MMI Holdings it's very great company to work for because the nature of the business allows individuals to challenge self and also to realise most of Capabilities in the area. It builds a strong character and equip individuals according to their abilities and strength. It's a very stressful environment but juicy at the same time due to nature of the business ,dealing with customers or clients of different race,gender and background it's really exciting because you get to learn everyday.
