My working experience at MMI Holdings produced me to grow in business administration, to provide quality service and outstanding team-work assistance. It mad me develop good communication skills and caused me to strive well when working under pressure. By working with claims I recognized my aptitude for figures. The environment made sure that we strive for diversecity , integrity, and always be accountable.

I'm working as financial advisor and I'm really enjoying to work as advisor because I work in the fields I meet with different clients with different needs the challenge about my job you always have an disappointments but it really train me and I really i enjoy to work from this company commission is so good

-Support diary management activities in order to effectively - schedule appointments. -Arrange detailed travel arrangements and compile all the relevant documentation for travel-related meetings. -Co-ordinate all the components (logistics, catering etc.) of events, meetings and functions within budget and specifications. -Provide secretarial support (agenda, minutes, action plans etc.) for the preparation and successful execution of meetings. - Support the flow of information within the Group Skills Development Specialist's office, ensuring that matters requiring attention are handled speedily.

Minimal learning. No room for promotions
Great company. I work alone driving to and from clients. Co workers seen only once per month. I enjoy that i can take my kids to and from school. The most challenging factors are clients who are still stuck in the apartheid era

Passionate about growing in the medical aid industry
i have learnt how to adapt easily in my workplace. i enjoy to see my clients happy after servicing them i make sure all questions are answered and queries resolved i have learnt how to be professional at all times . to always smile even if something wrong had happen during interaction with members.i love challenges because it makes me grow in the medical aid industry.

Enhancing problem-solving skills
I've been working at my current company for more than 5 years, where I've learnt, amongst other things, how to meet deadlines successfully despite challenges. Not a month goes by without facing issues and sometimes unique challenges for example data incorrectly captured leading to profits over- or underestimated. Adjustments have consequently to be made to ensure accurate figures. This has sharpened our problem-solving skills. Teamwork and accountability are our greatest strongpoints as we work together to achieve our monthly goals. I enjoy healthy relationships at my workplace.

Love a challenge
I gained valuable experience after 19 years in different IT departments (Helpdesk, User Support, Anti Virus Administrator, Security Specialist, IT Governance administrator and Software and Licensing Manager), which makes me perfect for any position as IT SAM, IT Service Manager or SAM Compliance Manager. I have a strong personality; care for people and believe in good communication to solve problems. Mmi holdings
I was extremely happy working at mmi this was the second time i was at the company. Before they were Metropolitan Health. I was in the Gems business unit. The benefits as well as the people i worked with was amazing. I held different positions within the company and most of my customer service experience i gained within this organisation. My reasons for leaving was personal I needed to see to my family and took a break.

Excellent career growth
Working in my organization gives me the flexibility of working where ever I am because we have office in Cape Town, Centurion and Sandton. The work life balance is catered for but remuneration does not speak to the the role and responsibilities.
