I am a quick learner and a hard worker
-Target driven -Admin/filing -Cold calling -Outbound and inbound calls -Fun -Team work there is alot of opportunities within the worl place but takes alot of hard work to get that promotions. As a team we also have targets to reach and we work good together. Conflict situations always get solved in various ways and we are all involved to solve those cases and work as team together. We have different characters in our team and we all a joyfull bunch of people who will always stand in for eachother when theres a need. Only problem is that customers can sometimes be very difficult to handle and once theres a cancellation, it become your responsibility to make up for that loss and the more cancellations you get, the pressure is on you. other's quit and some others try to improve and find solutions to their problems. it is a make it or break it situation.
Pros: earn good money, fun, work at own pace, get to meet new people everyday etc.
Cons: You dont have controle over other peoples payments, and 1 miss payment can damage your statistics and can influence your salary very bad

Great learning curve
Working as a financial advisor has taught me self confidence and to challenge myself as an individual and get out of my comfort zone. I've learned to manage my own time and how to prioritise. I am outspoken and feel I can take on any task without any challenge. The most important thing I've learned is to build lasting relationships.

Excellent learning and growing curve
I am a very enthusiastic person, self-motivated, all ways willing to learn more in life and always willing to get involved. During my school days I learned how to set goals and engage in action orientated behaviour. I am well organised, highly motivated to accept responsibility and thorough in my approach to work. I am also creative and easy going, always ensuring that I operate with high level of integrity. My friendly personality allows me to relate well to people. With my BSC in Computer System, A+, N+ and if given a chance, I believe I will add value to your institution. With my interest is in Development and Software testing, I am also prepared to venture more in other IT fields as this will give me more chance to grow my career.

Great opportunity for career growth
Working at MMI Holding is just a great opportunity. I have grown over the years and moved to various positions. The company have such a great organisational culture and striving to ensure diversity. I have such a great relationship with my co-workers and other employees from other departments and other regions. The senior managers are just great to work with, they really give enough support to us. I enjoy to be part of the team that ensures that our clients are satisfied at all time, and see value of my work by witnessing the improvement in patient's quality of life.

Excelent learning curve
I am Branch manager looking after 14 FAs, vesting on them and monitors their work, supervise them to achieve targets. People management is what I learn timorously and supporting people. Most challenging is consistency, in meeting target. I enjoy the team work we have.

Excellent challenge
MMI Holdings it's very great company to work for because the nature of the business allows individuals to challenge self and also to realise most of Capabilities in the area. It builds a strong character and equip individuals according to their abilities and strength. It's a very stressful environment but juicy at the same time due to nature of the business ,dealing with customers or clients of different race,gender and background it's really exciting because you get to learn everyday.

Great working environment. Willingness to work well with others and in a team. Staff is kept well informed of company performance and everyone is kept in the loop of company plans and aspirations.

Excellent team work and room for growth,salary is very low for the amount for work required.
excellent team work. assessing 140 calls for the month Calling +- 120 members per month in different regions to do different surveys regarding the service from the company. Capturing date monthly from regional offices. I Enjoy providing coaching and feedback to the agents. Training of call agents once per quarter additional projects given by management . Challenges when projects and concerns are not taken into consideration.
