Service Manager Since July 2009, where I chose to broaden my horizon and take up a Service Manager position in the contact centre. I am responsible for the service levels agreements (Lost call rate and turn-around time) and daily operations requirements in the contact centre. I manage a team of 16 Call Centre Specialists. Responsibilities are: Recruitment: making sure we recruit the right employees. Selection and interview process Resources: Making sure we are adequately staffed. Workforce Management Forecasting Capacity: Manage absenteeism and punctuality Service level agreements (lost call rate/ turnaround time) Conduct performance appraisals twice a year Training: Making sure we have equipped knowledgeable consultants. We have the learning and development trainers Continous workplace assessment of Specialists. Continuous Coaching of Specialists Submit monthly report on performance of team. Bringing fun to the environment Developing our Specialists - growing our people.

Exellent learning curve and development
I currently work for MMI holding as a reconciliation specialist. I resolve all queries and un-reconciled items that can be reconcile automatically by the system. My working relationship with co- workers is great since I enjoy working as a team member. I have learnt a lot as I was exposed to different challenges each and every day. I love resolve queries and reconcile both current and pre- historic items. Most challenging aspect was resolve queries dating 2008 with no background of the query. Thus have to gather information from our achieves.

Great way to start my carrer
I typical day for me at work is always having something to do and attending a whole lot of meetings, with service agents or stakeholders. We work in teams and in my team i play a role of 3 people, i am a BSA, Product Owner and Test Analyst, that is really hectic, sometimes its dificult to tackle everything when there is a lot to do, but at the end of the day, what needs to be done, gets done. I have a good relationship with my co-workers, my people skills makes it easy to jell and get along with people. I have learnt so much ever since i joined this company, not only work related but iv learned a lot about myself also. I like the culture of"unity" here and i enjoy working with people and learning from the, i take every experience as a learning curve. The most challenging aspect of my job is having to do roles of 3 people alone, it gets tough but can be fun at times

I am a hard worker, a good listener, energetic, organised person who can communicate well with people and maintain a high standard of work under pressure, be able to work independently and work best in team. I enjoy working with people/clients and making sure that they leave the company happy and satisfied. I am a kind of person who is always willing to assist wherever I can by doing my best in the working environment. I am keen to learn new things in the working environment.
