I would like to learn more and grow
I pride myself by getting along with ALL walks of life I am dedicated Typical day at work,stressful, BUT work easy under pressure I learn all day at work, busy body need to know the ins and outs so i can preform my ultimate best I enjoy the most is a good days work as i am passionate about what new challenges lay ahead. Most chalenging i would say i by getting along with co workers, but nah me, i will crawl into there hearts as this is who i am.
Pros: any promotion is what one works for eveyday.
Cons: Nope long hours dont bother me. no one to rush home to.

Exellent leraning curve
I enjoy working at Momentum as it is a company that embraces diversity and encourages fair treatment to both their employees and their customers. I have a good relationship with my colleagues as it is important for us as team members to work together and have the common goal .i.e. customer certificatory .

Promotion of a learning culture
The environment at MMI is great. Hours are flexible, no micro managing, one is given the opportunity to be responsible and take accountability of work and time. The relationship with co-workers is great, we get along very well, assist one another well in all projects, we always meet deadlines. What I enjoy most about my job is the analysis of the reports and put together data. what is challenging is when you need information from certain divisions in the organisation and you don't receive any corporation . I have learnt that when sharing knowledge and empowering one another , one can really go far in life.
Pros: Recognition does not come easy

Good work ethic
I have a lot of experience in customer service, in both the short and long term insurances. I have a lot of knowledge in how the industry works and how to deal and assist clients. I am very eager to learn and work well with people. I am a fast thinker, helpful and innovative. I believe i am the best candidate for the position.
Pros: I can add great value to the company because of my experience and my ability to work with people.
Cons: I can work flexible hours, as i have done so with the previous companies i have worked for.

Service Consultant,MMI Learnership 2016-2017
I am a passionate person about others development. I have experience in service consultant administration although it is not a fully knowledge but I know most of the things or work that need to be done by a service consultant. I seek for a permanent position so that I can further my knowledge and gain more information from the team members including the manager and other stuff.
Pros: currently doing a learnership for MMI Mometum, and comming from High school it was a great experience for me i have learn and lot and i would apply my experience to your Company

I adapt to different situations, responsible and committed.
A typical work day at my current position is ensuring that investments are captured accurately and efficiently as we do work according to time frames or daily deadlines. I have a good relationship with my co-workers and assist them in order for the team to reach targets. i enjoy working with people, assisting and interacting with people to make a difference as well as providing internal and external excellent service which gives me joy that I can help. I have learnt to plan and prepare in order to achieve daily tasks and learnt that the extra effort you put results in great achievements. The most challenging aspect of my job would be the fact that there is so much to accomplish with so little time and that has truly helped me to plan and prepare on how to make the most of my time to succeed with my tasks for the day.

My day at work
I am very versatile and not afraid to take on new challenges. I always avail myself to colleagues when the need arises. I am a fast learner and enjoy the daily challenges. Everyday has a new learning experience. I enjoy my interaction with clients and on many occasions I get to meet the family as well. I am an all rounder. Currently I have been moved to reception as there was a need for this and at the same time I am still performing my daily functions consulting with clients. It's challenging working with clients especially face to face. Everyone comes with their own unique problem or query. Being sensitive to the clients needs and situation is of utmost importance.
Pros: everyday has a new query with a differenct solution

Pension fund administration, great work culture and very busy environment. Supportive learning and development team. Not in my intended career path but excellent place to start and give me corporate world experience.

Challenging but the effort always pays off
Great working environment, hard daily tasks but always someone there to assist you if there are problems flexible working hours but overtime is needed alot without compensation
