Promotion of a learning culture
The environment at MMI is great. Hours are flexible, no micro managing, one is given the opportunity to be responsible and take accountability of work and time. The relationship with co-workers is great, we get along very well, assist one another well in all projects, we always meet deadlines. What I enjoy most about my job is the analysis of the reports and put together data. what is challenging is when you need information from certain divisions in the organisation and you don't receive any corporation . I have learnt that when sharing knowledge and empowering one another , one can really go far in life.

Good company with work-life balance
- A typical work day characterized by semi-casual dress code and good work environment - Relationship with co-workers not the best. Its not easy to get help or job training and even then not all information is shared. -I enjoy most the flexible work hours - The most challenging aspects of the job - you have yo fight hard to be heard

Great Company, great people, excellent new learning.
Momentum is a great Company to work for and the people are professional and friendly. A typical day includes attending project meetings, advising role players of impact of legal and regulatory requirements on systems and business processes, drafting policies and procedures, drafting contracts and communication documents, perusing business documents, contracts, correspondence, etc. I enjoyed the culture the most as the colleagues are professional yet easy to get alog with. The role is not very challenging though. I will and can however recommend Momentum as a workplace.

Well way of gaining exposure in the financial services sector
I do a lot of administration and compliance work, i call clients and always make sure whenever there is a problem, i put the clients needs first because a happy client means a loyal client, thus resulting in more business for the firm. my current co workers work well with me as behind every great company is the team players. we communicate with each other and at least once a week have a staff meeting to address all the problems we encountered in order to improve and perfect our roles within the organisation. I have learnt a lot since i joined momentum and the greatest lesson for me was theory isn't always practice, you got to learn soft skills that cannot be tought in the classroom however through experiences do we truely develop. Working with people as clients can be both challenging and rewarding depending on the way one reacts to certain situations. I enjoy learning new things and becoming the best at what i do, i am a perfectionist with a winning spirit.
Pros: Great way to kickstart your career and learn the most about finances and the laws that govern it.
Cons: 8-4 working hours and even the n your work 8/10 times will be taken home with you

Exellent leraning curve
I enjoy working at Momentum as it is a company that embraces diversity and encourages fair treatment to both their employees and their customers. I have a good relationship with my colleagues as it is important for us as team members to work together and have the common goal .i.e. customer certificatory .

An individual or collaborative enterprise that is carefully planned to achieve a particular aim.
Every work day is different for me. There is always a different challenge or a query that's might serve as a learning curve. This is exiting for me as it also indicated that I am versatile and can adapt to change. As an Office Coordinator I deal with all types of cultures, traditions and get along with anyone and everyone due to my vivacious personality. I have learnt that no matter how good you are at what you do, you can be a master in your trade, but you always learn something new at the end of the day. I love coordinating projects; events and assisting people. I have a passion for problem solving and my motto is; nothing is impossible. As a perfectionist, my work is always exceptional. The most challenging aspects of my work is having to work with a shortage of staff due to unplanned leave. This pusses the team to another level, but with motivation everything does work out best.
Pros: Great oppertunity for growth.
Cons: Far from home.

I am a smart working, disciplined, self-driven, and optimistic person with great passion and potential to excel in the IT field. Some of my greatest milestones of my studies are the distinctions I obtained throughout my studies, and also completed my IT Networking Diploma and also I have been certified with Microsoft Certified Solution Associate Windows Server 2012 (MCSA) and MCSE certificate. My aim is to gain experience in the IT field and also add value to the organisation that would grant me an opportunity to kick-start my career in the work environment.

MMI provides excellent training platform to help one grow professionally especially for entry level.
At this organization you come across different personalities and people with different values. The level of support that they provide to each other is amazing you come across a lot of friendly personalities and highly experienced individuals. The company provide team buildings that allow employees to blend with other colleges in other departments, Most importantly it encourages one to be himself.
