Average working excellence
Everyday is a new day I face different challenges daily but are well taken care of. I have a great team we work great together and always assist each other there is never a dull moment. I have Learnt to manage things independantly. I have enjoyed our team buildings the morning meetings and working as a team.

I am a self-motivated and hardworking individual, who enjoys working within a team. I also have the ability to work unsupervised, in an organized manner and I work well under pressure. My long term goal is to study and pursue my career path in Supply Chain Management and develop into an executive role. I have certificates in Procurement and Supply Chain Management; I have done several in house courses on Supply Chain Management and worked on various in-house systems, In position of CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) Diploma in Procurement and Supply, I have worked in Inventory/Stock Controlling within various sectors for 8 years. I have a technical background and I have dealt with suppliers, carriers, internal customers and people from all walks of life and I am able to relate at various levels.

During my typical workday, I am responsible for various tasks such as stock counts or banking (each one is given a task to fulfil for the month). I check in and help them with any issues they may be having such as doing mock-ups or securing rights to songs. I keep in touch with clients, update them on our progress and make sure they are satisfied with the promotional materials or pending applications. I have learnt Empathy, patience and consistency. Some customers will be irate. Others will be full of questions. And others will just be chatty. You must know how to handle all of them and provide the same level of service every time. The store opens at 9:00 -19:00
Pros: 1.There's always an opportunity to make friends, both professional and personal.Have a schedule that's flexible enough to allow you to do other things - i.e. finish up your degree, earn certificates, enjoy your personal life, etc.
Cons: 2.You can end up working very crazy hours such as closing on a Friday night and opening the next morning

No opportunity for growth
MTN offers proper training for it staff, how ever it takes a long time for them to recognize your potential and growth within the company. It does provide a good working environment. It has nice clean environment and good benefits but for permanent only

Excellent learning
Answering calls and assisting customers with queries. Data capturing and problem solving. Helping customers with their handset and network. Mtn is a huge company and lot of opportunities. I love my job and I enjoy it.

Understanding costumer's needs
My typical work day is to meet costumer requirements. My relationship with my co-workers is good as i am a team person I learned to understand and work with different costumers for different cultures

I am a dedicated ver hard working individual .
I am very dedicated person who enjoy new challenges on a daily basis, my day it is fulfilled when I know that I have assisted a customer with the challenges that has been going on for a long time. I have a good personality and I enjoy creating a favorable environment for people I am working with and the people which I interact with daily. What I have learned when working with people mostly is listing skill which very important when working with customers; patience and working efficiency. I enjoy and love working with people. The most challenging part of my job is to not have enough resources to be able to complete my task.

Excellent learning curve
Excellent learning curve and im a very hard worker ii am a fast learner willing to learn. My strong points: worker holic My weak points i get very furious went people don't do their work.
