Wonderful Place to gain experience.
Assisting with all telephonic operational duties. Customer Services and all related Post Paid queries pertaining to MTN cell phones and consultation We have our quiet days and busy days but also depending on the type of shift worked. As there are different Time/Date schedules and flexible hours worked in a month. Relationship with co-workers is great as they are a lot of young motivational people. I picked up a lot of my own positive skills and learnt to avoid demotivating company in keeping myself disciplined. I loved getting together with Team-Buildings and interacting with work colleagues. I wont say really challenging as it was a pleasure to be working in an open environment. As you have guidance and assistance whenever needed or offered.
Pros: Great Opportunity for experience and gaining knowledge.
Cons: Long working hours.

Well spoken character
i have been in a call center department for four years now and have experienced strain, hard work ,sacrifice , compromise and putting your self in someones situation before concluding. i have learnt that the is no way you can survive in a work place without patience and dedication. well i enjoyed working because i have a very strong drive to achieve and loved communicating with customers. the most challenging aspect i have experienced were to accept rejection telephonically

I am currently working for mtn ...working for mtn is a great curve for me for growth not in the working indus try only but mentally as well... working as a team or alone is the strongest ability that I have gained since I have been working for mtn.. mtn's working invironment Is excellent because you learn e new thing each and every day...it is such a prevalege for working for this big company

Wonderful personal growth
Wonderful colleagues . I have learnt how to manage difficult customers . Giving a solution to a customer who has been struggling with an issue gives me satisfaction .

Great trainers
Management must learn to appreciate call centre agents especially in Polokwane. Working hours and getting annual leave left a sour taste in my mouth. When coming to training they excel. Thumbs up to that. We had a close working relationship with my colleagues under those circumstances.

Excellent job opportunities
Long working hours,work well with my colleages building our relationship,i learnt a lot,on how to deal with customer, solving problem,handling complaints provide technical support with client. I enjoy talking with my client every dayand the challeng was to deal with those irrigate customer and give them good services.
