Great trainers

Management must learn to appreciate call centre agents especially in Polokwane. Working hours and getting annual leave left a sour taste in my mouth. When coming to training they excel. Thumbs up to that. We had a close working relationship with my colleagues under those circumstances.

I am outstanding when it comes to my duty

I am good in communication with people, because most of the customers they recommend my service, and I have learned that I must give out excellent service to attract other people and companies, I really enjoy this duty because it keeps me active all the time, and it happened that am still on a crave for something new

Pros: I am active and good in my work
Cons: We making long hours when we have many customers and we about to close the door and we have to manage time, and we even make long hour when we doing a stock taking

Salary not pleasing as per responsibilities

Work life not balancing with personal life especially with working sundays. Also company not offering any induction or training to it's enployees, you swim on your own to get to know the systems and staff not friendly at all to assist.

Pros: Promotion opportunities are there if you are self motivated
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent Learning Curve

Did the job of 5 people in the digital marketing and sales department for 8 months due to the fact that the roles were not filled. Ran projects on my own which I love doing (marketing, Communications, media,sponsorship and events) I'm used to working long hours early morning to early morning due to sponsored events. Most challenging aspect is taking time off. I have a good relationship with our clients and suppliers. I work well with my colleagues. I have learnt that there is nothing wrong in asking for assistance when you are stuck.

Pros: Working on own projects and a lot of them
Cons: Being under-payed

Growth opportunity

I may showcase my more than 5 Years B-BBBEE experience. I can only add value and demonstrate that B-BBEE is a business enablement Strategy and not a Compliance tickbox exercise. I have steered MTN Group from a level 6 to a level 2 on the old framework. MTN Group currently is a level 4 on the new Amended ICT Sector Code. I enjoy my work daily and I’m very particular and work with a spirit of excellence. Always meeting deadlines and planning at least two months ahead. I have good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. My biggest challenge at MTN Group is getting buy in from executives. Getting their buy in is what I appreciate mostly. I enjoy adding value and assist other business units in achieving their objectives. Overall I want to assist MTN Group in being the best empowered organization in the ICT Sector.

Excellent learning Curve

I find my job exciting, Daily work will be to assist clients witj New Lines, Upgrades and Account Enquieries. Every dale is comissiom based and I love it! Tbe Best tbing for me is to help clients and to see the satisfaction my help brings to them.

Excellent challenge

I love each working with people the staff is extremely friendly and helpful while training. Loved to work at the shop. Shop is busy and customers are challenging but as a team we worked together to solve their difficulties

Learnt to work very well under pressure

Assisting customers throughout the day. Working well as a team, have a very good relationship with co-workers. I have learnt to work very well under pressure and make new friends, learnt to work very work different ethnic groups. I enjoy assisting customers and coworkers. Most challenging aspect is lack of communication between Marketing and Call Centre Staff. Communication gets to customers before it is sent to employees.

Pros: Great opportunities for growth.
Cons: We work short hours which leads to less salary at the end of the month.

Good Customer Service

I am an energetic, dedicated, organized and methodical individual. I have good interpersonal skills. I am an excellent team worker and I am keen to learn and develop new skills. I am reliable, dependable and often seek new responsibilities within a wide range of employment areas. I have an active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done.

Managed to learn to write specs

MTN is a good company, has a lot of career opportunities. They do their best yo put employees 1st. They have managed in other areas to do just that. They need to do lore in call center those are the guys that represents MTN. If the tenure us constantly changing then it shows there are gaps to be filled.
