Great industry to grow
working at my company is good , bu we are contract based and its ending soon a typical work day is filled with dealing with customers and you need to have a good relationship with fellow employees because you work hand in hand with them. I have learnt to be strong and work long hours and still acquire skills i enjoy challenges most and most challenging part of the job is getting users to understand

I AM A HARD WORKER WITH GOOD MULTI TASKING SKILLS.I AM A FAST LEARNER THAT ENJOYS LEARNING NEW PROCESSES AND BUSINESS SYSTEMS AT ALL TIMES.I STRONGLY BELIEVE IN MUTUAL RESPECT WITHIN THE WORK PLACE AND ENJOY WHAT I DO WHICH LEADS TO MAKING ME LOVE AND RESPECT MY JOB DESPITE ALL THE DUTIES I WOULD BE TASKED WITH. AM NOT AFRAID OF CHALLENGE AND I CAN WORK UNDER PRESSURE WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT OF GIVING UP.

Was great but need to venture out.
I have amazing co-workers a typical day at work would involve assisting customers with any DSTV queries they have as well as account queries. I have learnt a lot from this job considering it ia my first job. I enjoyed getting great reviews from customers. The most challenging thing getting coaching for 0% rated calls.

Work life balance
A typical day is rather hectic. There is always a new adhoc task to complete. The people are fantastic and willing to assist when they have capacity. The most challenging part is definitely juggling the numerous urgent requests from management with your daily deliverables which are dead line drivenA typical day is rather hectic. Excellence under pressure.
Great company to work for. opportunities to learn are endless. Newest technology and over the years the company had many firsts around the globe. From devices to service offering. The company grows at a phenomenal rate and keep redefining itself to remain relevant. I have spent almost my entire adult life there and if I look back I realize that it's because I kept learning and growing which is great for any company.

Company of choice
A relatively relaxed environment with challenging tasks on busiest days. My relationship with co-workers is ethical and enjoyable I have a lot regarding the respect, company values and culture and mostly how well to treat our customers. I have enjoyed most the communication and team building outings. The most challenging aspects was to deal with irate and most difficult customers.
