How I make my work perfect
I am morning person. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt that procrastination does not help at all, I work with a good timing manner and I am productive. I enjoy completing my tasks on time. Emergency tasks are the most challenging but I always end up completing them on time

I have learnt how to be friendly polite with customers.
It Is not always easy however if you give it all that you have the environment becomes more friendly and appropriate to work in.Putting more effort in whatever you do and and loving what you do makes the job even easier. I learnt that in order to achieve your goals one must always be willing to learn and working as a team always brings good and positive results.

Great company to work for
as it's a busy environment with a lot of people very changeling but exciting too. Managing a team of 15 agents and working well with them is exciting. Learned a lot about the company tooa busy

:Great company to work for, only issue there is no growth.. :Work load it’s to much, doing so many things at once: resolving billing and technical issues, and assisting with internet connection to the explora and resolving dstv and show max issues. :Marketing insurance and price lock and making leads. :I have learnt a great deal regarding internet connection and streaming, and enjoyed working at the Connected Services department dealing with dstv now, show max and catch up plus. :Most challenging was marketing insurance and price lock making sure I generate lead that I required per month.

Work life balance
A typical day is rather hectic. There is always a new adhoc task to complete. The people are fantastic and willing to assist when they have capacity. The most challenging part is definitely juggling the numerous urgent requests from management with your daily deliverables which are dead line drivenA typical day is rather hectic. Great working environment with excellent and friendly co-workers.
Great working environment. Friendly staff and co-workers. A lot of skills have been gained. Working with a team of diverse cultural backgrounds is both exciting and challenging. Overall I had a pleasant time with the company.
