Excellent Learning Curve
Great work environment. Every department is very professional. There is room for growth in the company and your hard efforts are appreciated and measured. I learnt a lot about dealing with different types of customers. I enjoyed a lot the prestige of working for such a big, reputable company. The work/life balance is a bit questionable due to the long working hours. Overall, it was a great work experience as well as great work environment.

Excellent learning curve.
I wish to express my interest in being in the company and the opportunity that irises, I am highly interested in the kind of work the company has initiated with our customers ,I am passionate, professional and eager to proof myself.I have excellent communication skills and have worked for Multichoice for 9years and can work independently and able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done ,I am flexible and willing to work any project assigned.I would be tremendous asset to the company with the knowledge I have in the call centre.

Multitasking
I AM A HARD WORKER WITH GOOD MULTI TASKING SKILLS.I AM A FAST LEARNER THAT ENJOYS LEARNING NEW PROCESSES AND BUSINESS SYSTEMS AT ALL TIMES.I STRONGLY BELIEVE IN MUTUAL RESPECT WITHIN THE WORK PLACE AND ENJOY WHAT I DO WHICH LEADS TO MAKING ME LOVE AND RESPECT MY JOB DESPITE ALL THE DUTIES I WOULD BE TASKED WITH. AM NOT AFRAID OF CHALLENGE AND I CAN WORK UNDER PRESSURE WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT OF GIVING UP.

Great learning environmnet
I was working for Ison BPO on behalf of multichoice and this was over a period on 6 months on contract. I was a customer service agent providing assistance for customers in anything they required regarding their dstv from oppening new accounts, installation and assisting clearing errors. Anything customers needed we assisted. The environmnet was wonderfull everyone was cheerfull and we were working very well as a team and got along with each other. I have learnt alot about dealing with different personalities from both the customers and the people i was working with. I gained alot of understanding on how to deal with difficult customers and to remain calm in frustrating situations. I mostly enjoyed being the person a customer depended on and that drove me to want to assist the customers to the best of my ability.

Amazing work experience
Working for Multichoice gave me an opportunity to interact with different people. From the dynamic the that I was working with to customers that work in to the service centre. My day at work was never the same , I could walk in put my bag down and assist with an irate customer for 2 hours. Working with a team of 11 people made more compationate and understanding to people's needs. When we won team of the year in 2018 made me confident that I'm on the right track.

Excellent with incentives
A typical work day is ensuring that your compliance is in accordance with the requirements The relationship between the employees was mostly respectful I have learnt to be effecient and self monitoring in terms of performance I enjoyed the entertainment aspect part of it The most challenging aspect is dealing system issues which often got employee and customers frustrated

Excellent learning curve
I worked at Multichoice for more than 5 y ears as Finance Administrator.I dealt with procurement raising purchase orders for suppliers, invoices & quotation.Follow up with in oices from different suppliers & process them for payment.. Reconcile all suppliers accounts

Engineering
I enjoyed every aspect of Multichoice since I started working there. Everyone is treated as equals and the company is a great example of companies that help employees develop themselves, regular in-house training programs and open days to get all divisions of the company to get together to learn more about what they do. Open Days for employees to celebrate new launches or special events like Big Brother and Idols. I thoroughly enjoyed working with the people of Multichoice and I am grateful that I had the opportunity to work there to obtain the experience of a lifetime.

I am a dynamic young professional who's passionate about People Development. I respect diversity of characteristics, ideas and preferences in General. I am responsible and open to ideas. I always look forward to new challenges and ideas as I'm also open to new ideas. I enjoy taking charge on facilitating a group and engaging with a Team on projects or tasks, should it be new updates or existing tasks. As an HR Specialist, I have learnt that Human Resources or Talent Management in broad is always a Learning curve and that in a job you must always possess Great Leadership skills instead of micro managing.
