Excellent learning curve, skills development, exposure to African continent markets
The company itself has great values. but the culture is not one to be desired from a leadership stand point. Opportunities in my department for growth are non-existent at this stage. One has to look outside multichoice for other opportunities

I regard myself as a goal orientative individual as i work well under pressure.
I regard myself as a goal orientative individual as i work well under pressure and with the 8 years in a call centre experience i believe i am the wright candidate. The most challenging part is were we work as a team and some people are not willing to be team players with regarding of the work to be done,i have to make my work load more.

Great learning environmnet
I was working for Ison BPO on behalf of multichoice and this was over a period on 6 months on contract. I was a customer service agent providing assistance for customers in anything they required regarding their dstv from oppening new accounts, installation and assisting clearing errors. Anything customers needed we assisted. The environmnet was wonderfull everyone was cheerfull and we were working very well as a team and got along with each other. I have learnt alot about dealing with different personalities from both the customers and the people i was working with. I gained alot of understanding on how to deal with difficult customers and to remain calm in frustrating situations. I mostly enjoyed being the person a customer depended on and that drove me to want to assist the customers to the best of my ability.

Great customer service skills
Working for Multichoice gave me great experience. I learned how to deal with different kind of customers. I learned how important it is to work well with your colleague, for they are you other family.

Excellent Learning Curve
Great work environment. Every department is very professional. There is room for growth in the company and your hard efforts are appreciated and measured. I learnt a lot about dealing with different types of customers. I enjoyed a lot the prestige of working for such a big, reputable company. The work/life balance is a bit questionable due to the long working hours. Overall, it was a great work experience as well as great work environment.
