Like to grow within a financial company

Good working team, all work n learn from each other, good company to work for but no perks offered.Team from all departments are willing to help and also teach staff.

I was working as a bank teller/Enquiries. And I also done an office administration.

For me it was a very great experience/opportunity to work for a bank like Nedbank, because I have learned a lot from there. And also expirianced many things that people come across financially. But all in all I did learn to put peoples first in everything I do. And to lestin to their needs so that I can fulfill their expectations. I enjoyed doing admin and to help clients as well because there were many challenges in dealing with peoples. That also developed my knowledge and experience as well.

Pros: The chance of growth are very high if you committed your self to work.
Cons: I was working 186 hours a month

Job satisfaction

Great company to work for. Typical work day is meetings internal and external clients, reporting on sales performance. Briliant relationship with subornites and peers alike. Most challenging aspect of the role is acquiring new clients which is a key strategy of the role

Im dedicated in whatever i do, i try to perfom my utmost best

Nedbank staff great people to wok with, team building we always assist each other. The culture at place is wonderful people are more like your family. I have obtain an extensive experience throughout the year and that has made me to be more vigilant and accurate to what I do.

Pros: adapt easily, team player, attention to detail very innovation and can work independently
Cons: people not participating in team work, employees who do not want to be accountable in what they do

Amazing company to work for, staff are treated like real assets to the firm

Ned bank is truly a great company to work for. Employees are treated really well. The benefits are amazing and and the culture is truly unrivaled compared to previous companies I worked at.

Good learning curve

Good to work for my company, people are friendly and approachable.people don't loose their jobs cause the company takes calculated risk and have everything in control . areas of improvement would be more creativity and flexibility and and increase opportunity for promotion and better salaries

My love working with people, I have been in banking financial services over 17 years, I get along with my colleagues very well. I have grown into the business from teller to Regional Sales Manager looking after regions of 59 branches. Learnt how to communicate with different segments from entry level customer to affluent, business banking customers.
