Intergration as the lower level is great, as you climb uo the dder it gets complicated, you can be overlooked for as long as they can whiich gets frustrating cause you work tand perform at your br=set only to be overlooked =

Learning curve

I have over 11 years of analysis experience, 8 of which are at Nedbank personal loans (NBPL). In that period I have won Nedbank Top Achiever award. I also have market research experience from 3 different companies. I have attended the Nedbank Middle Management Programme and this has equipped me with the necessary knowledge for organisational management.

great enviroment to work in, it encourages studying that way you better yourself. encourages a balanced work and personal life balance . the de4adlines are a great way to push one into thriving for the better and take you out of your comfort zone.

Great learning curve

Typical work day is clock in the morning, do your work then leave. The relationship was a stable one and very professional I've learnt about different software systems Learning about different type of banking software systems Trying to ensure that work is challenging and interesting

Time Management is key

I would get to work check on my emails for any queries from the previous day or a couple of days prior, check if any work was left for signing or that needs to be checked by my team leader, have a meeting in on Tuesdays-Thursdays. I have learnt alot when it comes to time management because you are not jut busy with one thing all the time

Pros: Salary was not so bad

Work experience

I have over 10 years experience in the various product portfolios namely (Secured/Unsecured Lending, Deposits/Third party, Payments/Transactional, Digital/Mobile and in the Collective Investments products). I compile and present management reports to executives. Run agile development projects as a product owner. I ensure that the product is profitable and compliant with regulations. Service both internal and external stakeholders with client centric service.
